Good on you Ashnita for putting it so straight to this scoundrel of a minister of justice. it takes a lot of courage to stand up to these bastards. you show that courage in your quest for justice for your brother. all decent people of Fiji stand in solidarity with you.

Dear Sisters and Brothers of Fiji,

Iam indifferent to which party wins this election, but it makes my heart cry to see justice so clearly denied. There is absolutely no point of my education from Swami Vivekananda if i cannot make a difference to a innocent man. We have so many sites and people who know what is right and cry for justice but they are not been heard. I call upon the ordinary people of Fiji to speak in unity now. Justice has been delayed for Puna Chand, he was killed by Praveen Bala because of dangerous driving. What is the Minister of Justice doing? We are spending thousands of dollars of tax payers money, we can declare one day off for general election than why can’t we stop the nation for one day before the election so that one magistrate can get free and take Mr Puna Chand’s case. where the mind is without fear the head is held high. your head is held high sister because you know truth is on your side. when truth is with you, you have nothing to fear. keep up your fight for truth and justice for your brother whose life was extinquished by this maniac Bala who now thinks he can get away with his crime because he is a good mate of Khaiyum the illegal A-G and Minister for Justice.
But truth will prevail in the end. These scumbags will not always be in power to pull the strings in the delivery of justice to the citizens of the country.

Dear Ashnita. We hear you loud and clear. Thank you for speaking up. Thank you for speaking out. You personify thousands of individuals and families across this country of ours who are crying to be heard, to be given justice.

As you know well, our country is led by evil men and women who care only about themselves and their hold on power. But through the coming elections and people like you and many others, we can together vote these people out and install a new government which really cares and who will restore your freedom and rights and privileges as citizens and people of Fiji.

Do not be discouraged. I admire your courage and your strength to speak out against injustice. In that picture Khaiyum is telling Bala don't worry yaar I have got everything under control to make sure no judge is available to hear your causing death by dangerous driving case. and khaiyum is the minister for justice and honourable man. just like bala and bainimarama. they are all all honourable man. that's why they will win all 50 seats in the coming "democratic" elections.

Man gets 12 years for raping wife. Another man gets nothing for raping democracy in Fiji. that is how the rule of law works in fiji.
don't be surprised if this Bala sala gets away scot free. the judges are only bold and apply the law without fear or favour to ordinary citizens. when you are a citizen with connections to the thugs in power as Bala is then the judges start collecting manure in their underwear!
