The offence committed by Dr. Berlin is very serious in nature and is a clear abuse of powers and office. There is zero tolerance for the offence committed and urgent action needs to be taken as there may be more abuse but cannot be detected due to
non -availability of acquittal reports...The important point to note here is that the INTENTION of Dr Berlin was to abuse and defraud the University for his personnel gain/use even though the monetary value involved is immaterial in nature."

"Deans Credit Card, number 4999-6400-0009-0694: Audit verified the Credit Card statements of Dean [Ian] Rouse and noted that few transactions may not be work related"

"It was also noted that Ms. Jocelyn Prasad the Project Finance Officer lied and misled audit when she stated in her cover page that full acquittals were provided for four credit card transactions when in actual fact audit discovered that these four were incomplete as some receipts were still yet to be acquitted till to date"

Acha right, we know from the Fijileaks revelations that former FNU VC Ganesh Chand stands accused of Abuse of Office ( which is really an Abuse of Power ).who else stands accused in that regard? Frank Bainimarama? Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum? When will they have their day in court?

As already mentioned by many others on this site, there is no way in the world the evil ganesh chand would have done what he was doing for decades without the support and blessing of others within the FNU higher circles. This includes rouse.

This fella ian rouse who currently portrays as an angel from heaven in his role as acting vc was long know by others within FNU for abusing his FNU credit card with ganesh and others.

As for berlin kafoa, he is no stranger to corruption, abuse of public funds and the like. He also had his hand in the missing Kiri Eu funds and FICAC must take both men in for questioning.

So it is now clear that the FNU scandal did not only involve ganesh and naren but ian rouse as well. FNU community has for long rumoured that this hopeless professor from Australia is just here for a good time and having holiday with his family - all at the Fiji taxpayers expense. He must be kicked out asap.

Someone must now question his appointment as the Dean of Medicine and now the acting VC. He must have known that his deputy berlin kafoa was abusing his fnu credit card. The amounts mentioned in the audit of kafoa's credit card expenses must have rung alarm bells to rouse. buy keeping silent, he is guilty of aiding and abetting.

FICAC must charged him and kafoa - the evidence is all there.
