The time honoured tradition of the civil service of a job for life in return for neutrality and loyalty to the state and the public is being removed and replaced by an individual contract system that can be easily manipulated by the party in power. Neutrality will disappear as a consequence. Sad that the teachers' unions and the civil service association have capitulated to the Minister Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
