His lawyers presented to the Chief Justice KAMAL KUMAR Nawaikula's legal practicing certificates (see below) that reveal different names. 
*However, in the Ministry of Justice and Fiji Law Society's 'List of Legal Practitioners with valid Practising Certificate', NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA is the only one who is regularly listed as NIKO NAWAIKULA.
*In fact, it was under his pet name that he was convicted and fined for professional misconducts previously.
*In PacLII Fiji legal database one cannot find anyone convicted under the name NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA.
*Is there an unwritten rule that a lawyer can insist with the Fiji Law Society that although his name on his birth certificate is 'Charlie Butusona', he wants to be officially listed as 'Charlie Banana'?
*In January 2021, 'Tuiqamea' fronted the Suva Magistrates Court, charged by FICAC for allegedly fiddling with his travel expenses. He is facing one count (with five other MPs) of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining a financial advantage. It is alleged that he gave false information to the Parliament Secretary General, Viniana Namosimalua, while claiming for allowances. 
*Again, he was presented before the court as NIKO NAWAIKULA.
*However, for the first time in his legal career, 'Niko Nawaikula' suddenly appeared in the Chief Justice's judgment with aliases as follows:

Was there an exception to the rule for NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA to list his 'PET' name, even though he had NOT legally renounced his name on his birth certificate until 21 July 2021, as Supervisor of Elections closed IN on HIM?

The Methodist lay preacher Sitiveni Rabuka's party LOGO has
Blood of the Lamb of God, White Dove and Holy Spirit and Green Olive branch, all tied to his fundamentalist Christianity.
Fijileaks: We call on the Elections Supervisor to throw out his insensitive LOGO that is designed to make raw appeal to Christian I-Taukeis. Rabuka should have named his party 'The Lamb of God Party'. We also notice that out of 5,000 signatures, only 25 plus Indo-Fijians have signed his proposed party application

In his application to the Supervisor of Elections, Rabuka explains the proposed People's Alliance Party logo:
*The RED upper hemisphere symbolizes the covering of the BLOOD of the LAMB OF GOD over the Isles of Fiji, valour, courage, enthusiasm, sacrifice, love and life
Note: JESUS was referred to as a lamb as a way to indicate his innocence before his execution, going willingly to the slaughter to provide a means for humans to become blameless in the eyes of God.
*The White Dove, according to Rabuka, acknowledges the presence of the Holy Spirit in, among, and over us. It signifies purity, excellence, honour, and peace. He also claims the Green Olive branch signifies blessings, health, renewal, harmony and hope
Note: In Christian Iconography, a dove also symbolizes the Holy Spirit, in reference to Matthew 3:16 and Luke 3:22 where the Holy Spirit is compared to a dove at the Baptism of Jesus. The dove and olive branch also appeared in Christian images of Noah's Ark

Fijileaks: Pity, instead of bombarding FFP in Parliament on COVID, the NFP leader was too busy defending his wife and USP VC Pal Ahluwalia. As we have suggested recently, the NFP MUST Kick Out Prasad as party leader if it wants to increase its share of seats in Parliament, or to present itself as alternative Government-in-Waiting. Both Prasad, and his closet political partner Rabuka, failed to dislodge Bainimarama in 2018

We say just IGNORE this fly-by-night COVID 19 'EXPERT'. He is a total disgrace to the memory of over 750 who have died of Covid in Fiji. This man deserves no support. He is no better than PATIENT ZERO and Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum who brought Covid19 on 22 April 2021. He should be released from custody to develop his own most effective vaccine if he is an 'expert' on COVID19. Full stop! Equally, it is time the whingeing Opposition parties rolled out their own blueprint on how to stop Covid and economic recovery, instead of bombarding us with press statements on sugarcane farmers, withholding of USP grant, the Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem etc, etc, etc. As for Saneem, its very simple - boycott any dealings with HIM and if he is not removed before next election, BOYCOTT election. Or SHUT UP!
