*Kuliniasi Saumi acted legally, and professionally, when he audio recorded the Chief Registrar Tomasi Bainivalu, Fiji Law Society president Wylie Clarke, and lawyers Laurel Vuarasi, Amani Bale and Nemani Tuifagalele barging into FICAC, shouting, demanding, and whisking Barbara Malimali from FICAC's clutches.

Later, Tuifagalele got Malimali to sack Saumi on the SPOT.
