Unelected A-G Graham Leung's Con-stitution Bill defeated in Parliament as Rinesh Sharma, branded a DOGLA, turns out to be Doubting Thomas. He votes against the Rabuka-LEUNG CON-STITUTION Amendment Bill

11/3/2025

IMMUNITY CLAUSE: *A Bill should have been tabled to amend the Immunity Clause inserted in the 1990, 1997, and 2013 Constitution that protects SITIVENI RABUKA and the Gang of Ten Masked Hoodlums (led by IOWANE NAIVALARUA) who stormed Parliament and treasonously overthrew the Bavadra government on 14 May 1987.
*We also saw Indo-Fijians and other Minorities relegated to second-class citizens in the 1990 Constitution, with Indo-Fijians raped, beaten, made to stand in sewage pools and told by Rabuka to pack up and leave Fiji.
*The 1997 Constitution was the hand-maiden of Sitiveni Rabuka and Jai Ram Reddy to ensure that the SVT-NFP formed a coalition government after the 1999 election but they were consigned to the political dustbin.
*The 2013 Constitution enabled Rabuka and Prasad to return to power, especially Graham Leung as the un-elected Attorney-General of Fiji

The Bill to amend the 2013 Constitution has been defeated in Parliament as the Government did not meet the 75 percent requirement. 40 MPs voted for the amendment, 14 were against it and one Member of Parliament did not vote. This means the review process will not proceed. The Government required 41 votes.
