AS former judge Nazhat Shameem arrives in Fiji to most likely take up the post of Chief Justice/President in Bainimarama/Khaiyum's 'New' Fiji, it emerges that Bainimarama remains the BRUTAL DICTATOR he was before his election as Prime Minister of Fiji; President's Office scoffs rumours that he has converted to Islam and has changed his name from Epeli to Ehan ( يهان ) - meaning Full Moon

ONE phone call has revealed that the violent and abusive dictator Frank Bainimarama has not changed his stripe. Last Friday, the Qauia villager Josefa Bilitaki, a guitarist, a composer, a social worker and a former school teacher rang Bainimarama and complained that FijiFirst Party had used two of his songs without his permission during the election campaign.

In the discussion, Bainimarama swore at Bilitaki saying "Fuck Off SODELPA"

A few hours later, four army officers in full army gear, came to Bilitaki's home, and took him, not to QEB barracks, but some other destination where he was badly beaten up.

Bilitaki is still at the Suva Colonial War Memorial Hospital.

There is nothing wrong in SWEARING at Bainimarama. That’s what POLITICIANS are for.

But Bainimarama is a BEAST - can't YOU see - and STOP justifying Human Rights Abuses. That is morally wrong.

Firstly Bainimarama –for his own and his CHOR party’s benefit - misuses (without permission) Josefa Bilitaki’s ‘art’, his intellectual creations, his music /songs / lyrics- .

Bainimarama would have been advised by his AG (Aiyaz) that Bilitaki’s ‘songs’, his intellectual property, was NOT registered (copy righted). AG would have known. For even if there was an application for registration by Bilitaki, -clever AG would have held that application back- so as to enable the CHOR party to misuse Bilitaki’s intellectual property.

NO, AG would NOT have seen this act of CHANDALI (unethical and immoral act) also as a ‘Conflict of Interest’ because this AG does not. That was exactly the scenario of the CHORI – of the ‘Fiji First Party’ name by AG Aiyaz and PM Bainimarama. We now see that the ‘Intellectual Property Thieves’ (CHORS) have struck again!

Secondly when Bainimarama was confronted (accused and probably sworn at) by Josefa Bilitaki, , Bainimarama sent his “goons”, i.e., (yes, our respectable Fiji Military Forces) to ‘fix’ him Bilitaki up - Criminal –Style!

Bainimarama has taken LAW into his own hands - in a democratic Fiji. The Police MUST charge him.

the thug ruler remains the thug ruler after his "democratic" election.
the gentleman who talks about " all evidence will come out in court" is obviously a Bainimarama henchman. he is talking shit. the police and the court in Fiji continue to do what it has been doing since the thug's takeover.they do the thug's bidding. what happened to all the other cases of military beatings, home bombing etc?

So Bilitaki was punished, and tortured, and now is in hospital before even being charged and taken to court? My take is, now Fiji is adopting a new brand of democracy. Perhaps it is demoncrazy.

Then by all means, take a chill pill and hve a good lie down, lazy thinker.

This is a long fight and it ain't for the faint-hearted and lily-livered. Like Victor, I too play for keeps and will hold firmly and steadfastly to my ideals to the very end.

Nobody has rights in Bainimarama's Fiji. Only he has rights. His main right is to rule in whatever way he wants. And if he wants to butaraki anybody then that is his right. Josefa Bilitaki would have a clear understanding of that right belonging to Fiji's newly elected democratic PM.

all the folks/fucks who endorsed the Fiji elections - WITH INDECENT HASTE - as being free and fair and a return to democracy should hang their heads in shame.
Not even 2 weeks have passed since Fiji's socalled return to democracy - after 8 years of dictatorship - and a 60 year old citizen is taken from his home by 4 military thugs and beaten up and hospitalized.
Is that how the rule of law is meted out in "democratic" Fiji?
Same on all you folks/fucks - and that includes all the international fucks.

The retired expatriat South African Police Commissioner who was handpicked by the Dictator of Fiji to come and take up the post is in the habit of saying "don't jump to conclusions" after every serious incidence of criminal abuse/attack on citizens human rights.. He needs to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to check on his fitness for the post of Polcom. What conclusion is one to draw when a citizen is taken away from his home by military officers in full gear and is subsequently admitted to a hospital?
This police commissioner if he is not mental is most certainly an intellectual imbecile.
