What's Different?
Three Fiji coupists : Rabuka, Bainimarama and Speight. The last, is a civilian. He ended up in jail. The other two are military men. No jail for them. That's the difference. A pivotal difference.
That's the rule of law and justice applied Fiji style.

The Japanese cabinet has approved a bill which paves the way for Emperor Akihito to step down. Can the Fijian cabinet approve a bill for Emperor Frankcoup to step down and pave the way for his admission to Naboro.
The same bill can cover Rabuka as well thus killing two birds of a similar feather with one stone.
