SODELPA attempts to legalise the registration of voter roll that was only lawful to be under the 1997 Constitution.

The illegal Ghai and Bai/Khai constitution got done illegally now. So the voter registration should go through once more under this illegal constitution.

Only then can Khaiyum pride that those enrolling are supporting this illegal process... or gets the voters to boycott registration.

SODELPA is making it easy for the illegal constitution to be adopted as the lawful 1997 Constitution is not in SODELPA's favour.

another decree coming to say uder new constitution political parties must register as last registration is invalidated by the rogue constitution.

I can see mr Rajen in there,how come he is seen with these racist political loosers,plus burning of those papers wont take away its value to the fijian people who want Fiji moving forward.We have had enough and no such foolishness will turn the fijian people backwards as they want to move on to a better and more accomodating constitution for the people like never before

On evidence of registration of voters (FS 1/10) ASK, responds to Sodelpa’s Media Release by Dr. Tupeni Baba’s to say “ people can access that, Political Parties can access that. I think some of them have accessed it. Political Parties are allowed to come and some of them have accessed that…”
A government Statement followed said: “The National Register of Voters is and has always been available to both individual and Political Parties for inspection at their request as outlined in Section 15 of the Electoral (Register of Voters) Decree 2012.
ASK goes onto say that: “In fact we have been informed by the Acting Permanent Secretary for Justice Mohammed Saneen that on April 17th three Sodelpa Representatives, Ratu Dovi. Ratu Isikeli & Sekeli Duri Loco, inspected the Register on behalf of the Party”.
ASK goes onto emphasize as usual, “the need to take an apolitical approach” to the Elections Office.
Sodelpa is asking for a provisional roll as opposed to restricted access given at present.
We would like that roll as a “provisional roll” supplied to us physically, to check the names of our constituents at Constituency, Sub Constituency, Tikina, Branch and Sub-Branch levels as we go around Fiji to talk to our customer base. This is a market issue.
ASK in his tunnel vision ignorance is interpreting this as political and which he says should be “apolitical”.
Maslow described this phenomenon in his statement “he that is good with the hammer tends to think everything is a nail”.
So ASK who is AG and Acting PM is seeing the public as his “nails”. He is there only in those roles because he committed treason and has never earned nor will he ever be elected to those positions by the public of Fiji because he has branded himself as a Hammer, along with dictatorial attitude in relevant core values to bully, tell lies and cover up his illegal behavior. The public has wised up to his dirty tricks and we are not stupid, as he believes we are and therefore discriminates against us, time after time. We are “his nails” to do with as he wishes.
As part of his abusive environment, in Media Decree, 29, 2010, ASK, VB and “President” Epeli Nailatikau along with their stooges, continue to treat us as “nails” bereft of human values and aspirations to manage information so Political Parties, markets and customers can make informed choices to be free to select their own leaders, in the up coming elections in September 2014.
Only ASK, VB and EN are allowed to be political and the people and we the political parties, are to remain apolitical.
All we ask for is a provisional roll so political parties can manage their information for better customer service. What is political about this??
As such we will never get a fair hearing from this undemocratic LOT of bigots, therefore we have no other choice than to take our “cries” to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
