TUBA (OUT). While Selina Kuruleca is away, the Deputy Secretary for Education Timoci Bure (left photo) is Acting PS.
*It is alleged that he has been instructed to remove those perceived to have been loyal to former Education Minister Radrodro.
​*Under Bure's watch he has now demoted acting Director, Curriculum Development Unit, Iowane Ponipate Tiko, to return to teaching in a school in Suva. 

*Two other veteran educationists and former MPs, Mikaele Leawere and Losena Salabula, are also being victimized and are to be removed despite the two coming up with the whole Education summit idea and planned it from start to finish.
*It is also alleged that while on the trip, Kuruleca also attended the Lomaiviti Day with her relatives in the United States.
*We understand that the former Education Minister Aseri Radrodro has expressed his strong objection to acting Education Minister Bill Gavoka over the treatment of those appointed under his previous Ministership, with Gavoka promising to look into the matter.
*It is alleged that given the strong personal family ties with Kuruleca, the PSC chairman Luke Rokovada is favouring Kuruleca.
