As salamu alaikum, ABU DHABI. NFP's failed election candidate in 2014 and 2018 general elections, FAIZAL KOYA is reportedly nominated by the party to be Fiji's next Ambassador to Abu Dhabi, to replace Katonitabua

Fijileaks: Sadly, it seems there is very little chance under this Coalition mob (just like it was under FFP) for younger professionals in Fiji's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to get Head of Mission postings. In most truly democratic Foreign Ministries, officials rightly aspire to get postings as senior diplomats and even Heads of Missions.
*No such professionalism with the wobbly three-legged Coalition government. Koya will replace Naipote Katonitabua who is back in Fiji. He was formerly Permanent Secretary for i-Taukei Affairs.

Meanwhile, we are told that the New Zealand based Jagannath Sami is now undergoing training at the Fiji Foreign Ministry in Suva after the Indian government approved his appointment in record time, to replace Kamlesh Prakash.
*The Fiji High Commission in New Delhi is currently being manned by Biman Prasad's nephew, the First Secretary Nilesh Kumar.
*Disgustingly, the Coalition government is silent on Sami's appointment.
Now, FAIZAL KOYA for the United Arab Emirates.
