Bawahahahahahahahaha Rajendra Chodory you raising the issue of nepotism and agriculture. Can't you remember that your father appointed you when he was PM. can't you remember that your father politicised the sugar industry that native land owners reacted by. It renewing leases. Can't you remember that your father thrived on the economic settings put in place by the SVT party and hadn't proven a thing in finance. can't you remember that your father renovated his/ your family private home with government fund and labour. Get real and get a life boy. You making a complete idiot of yourself and your father.

Annon - I think RC's article is good and articulate. I think that he is writing this as an individual. I also think that Mahendra Chaudhry was an elected Prime Minister - unlike Bainimarama and was at all times answerable to Parliament. No comparison with the current thug is there? Chaudhry towers above Bainimarama in every respect. Unlike Bainimarama, Chaudhry, did not run away shitting his pants after the May 2000 takeover and even when a gun was put to his head he refused to resign. Doubt if your boy Bainimarama is made of the same mettle.
