USP VC Rajesh Chandra is also propped up by regime which helps cover up many serious problems at USP - wastage of funds, nepotism, as in the appointment of Jay Kumar, marketing and development manager, bullying and intimidation of staff.

Rajesh Chandra is no less a dictator and bully who has overseen the persecution of many staff and their departure. In fairness he too needs to be investigated.

Great news fijileaks! Professor Rouse and Professor Coll are esteemed and professional international academics.

Kaiyums list should also include the chairman of Fiji Higher education Commission Dr Richard Wah. He displayed impotency of the highest order when so many complaints were brought to his attention. A weak leader who was a close buddy of Ganesh and Reddy. Did not act knowing all the abuses happening at FNU.

Education administration specialists need to be brought in to lead that institution. The local pool does not have the independence and skills to effectively run that institution.

Ganesh Chand's demand for money is not at all surprising. He is a greedy man all for himself and building his mansion. He is guilty of Gross Misconduct and yet wanting to be paid off. What did he do to other well qualified and innocent staff? Did he authorise payouts?

He should be charged for abuse of office, corrupt practices etc. He will know exactly what it is like to fight through the courts to clear oneself as he has made his innocent victims do.

Finally justice is done. Ganesh's reign of terror has come to an end. FNU can start afresh with more humane and capable people than this self-serving man.

The First, things that needs to be address is creating the Jobs for the (Local People- or Fiji Born Citizen) of Fiji. the Current practice is if the Husband is working for FNU then the wife is appointed. Most of the appointed the Partner is not Qualified and yet the People are appointed.
e.g Prathiba the Husband is working for CAFF and the wife is appointed without the interview. When FNU has had other qualified applicant and yet the appointment was from India. She was neither interview or a background was checked was conducted and yet arrived with a Full time contract .. She has been give the WAL project has received the Full Salary and yet Zero production in more than one year. I have the full supporting Documents and Report.
Suratissa and Charaka should not have been appointed by FNU at all, and yet there are in Fiji. Suratissa cant even write Research proposal and he very poor in communication and written of English and Yet he is contract was renewed. The list goes on ... The government should never grant the Visa, Unless and until FNU confirms that they no applicant from Fiji. Randhir (HR) and his team should be Fired, they never check the qualification of the applicant and place proper MQR for Jobs. Take a look at the FNU posting of Jobs. e.g. Director MRL "Medical Research Laboratory" this is a Pure Clinical Position and yet it open for all. How can a person Manage a Compliance Laboratory when he has not worked in one, same as giving a bus to drive to a toddler. Laboratory accident are awaiting to happen.
