CHEMSTREET CHEMICALS LTD: 'We have nothing to fear from FICAC Investigation; the complaint against us is a sinister ploy to damage us'

Fijileaks: We wonder if the complaint against two persons mentioned in Chemstreet to FICAC- Nehal Kapadia and Solomone Suguta - is a deliberate ploy on the part of Dr Neil Sharma's supporters to discredit Kapadia and Suguta, who are key witnesses in the 'Healthgate' Scam involving Sharma, the former FFP Minister of Health, and his accomplices, - Vashu Devan, Arveen Chandra and Rohit Rambisessar?

"Our preliminary investigations has found that Dr. Neil Sharma, Mr. Vashu Devan and Mr. Arveen Chandra have misled the Acting Prime Minister/ Prime Minister (Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum) and engaged in corrupt conduct in relation to their manipulation of tender process in order to ensure that the tender is awarded to Mr. Vashu Devan’s Company" -
FICAC FINDINGS, Jan-March 2012

"Dr. Neil Sharma’s action to collude and release confidential information to an unsuccessful bidder Mr. Vashu Devan is unwarranted, unprofessional, unethical and corrupt conduct. The dissemination of confidential evaluated tender document which had price analysis from all the bidders to an unsuccessful bidder and later award tender to the same company is corruption at its highest helm."

Dream on potty boy. Only harami self serving rascals like you will vote for people like slr and the low life's in sodelpa. If you are really someone wid Indian background, you should die of shame for even suggesting supporting someone who brought so much misery to the indo-Fijians. And then again, we won't be of Indian heritage until we use the stick to destroy good so that evil can take over. It's shameless fools like you who have brought a downfall of our people as you can't see them progressing. You would rather stay a slave and bootpolisher of another race than one of you. Go and continue doing what u and like minded are good at. Dreams are free anyway and you fools can even afford that. Rascala
