Stefan Ali was driving around the corner from Victoria Parade onto Stinson Drive in front of Tiko's Restaurant when he was stopped by Police and told NOT to make a noise because the self-appointed Prime Minister was entertaining Chinese officials inside the restaurant. When Ali remarked "Shit he can park illegally and if the people did that they would be jailed", he was dragged out of the car, locked up for 18 hours and brought to court in hand-cuffs for "mouthing a slur against the Prime Minister in a public place".
