A private doctor and a pharmacist attendant have been charged by the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption with dishonestly receiving and theft.

It is alleged that Lautoka hospital pharmacist attendant, Nemani Baleinamana dishonestly appropriated sodium chloride on 27th September 2010 with the intention of depriving the Lautoka Hospital of the property.

Dur Samy who is a private practicing doctor at Ba Medical Center is alleged to have dishonestly received that sodium chloride valued at more than $73 on 27th September 2010, knowing or believing the property to be stolen.Samy has pleaded not guilty to the charge while Baleinamana told the court that he wants to engage a legal aid lawyer.

Magistrate Jude Nanayakkara released the two men on $1000 bail with one surety each and ordered them to report to the Lautoka FICAC office every Friday.

Fiji leak please also investigate USP vc Rajesh Chandra lots of corruption in promotion Anjela Johan case in point, misuse of funds, abuse of office, etc all this covered by lawyer john acted who has made hundreds if thousands from usp, big cover up by another regime crony ikbal jenif , new minister reddy probably will ignore this , Iqbal jenif and Aiyaz forced out wadan. Tongans put out a petition laying out all the cases of corruption at usp but vc bought them by appointing a non appoint able Tongan to vp position, again ikbal and vc played dirty tricks on biman who was the clear choice

First it was Aiyaaz and his loving aunti. Then it was Baini and his daughters. Of course all know about Praveen Bala's drink and kill. Then we have all the ill doings of past military men who aided Baini during mutiny. Now it is Neel. Then there is Ganesh and Mahen at FNU. This country has happily voted to be ruled by dogs, bitches, witches, demons and all. How blessed are we.

Why did Susan Kelly leave USP. Why did Wadan leave USP. Who is behind controlling USP staff union- behind making it a puppet in VCs hands. How much has USP paid John Apted to fight for all wrong doings of vc. How did Anjela get the promotion without meeting the criteria. How much did Anjela get for ensuring the new pathetic health insurance policy for USP. What happened to all sexual harassment cases against FSTE male staff who are buddies of vc and Anjela. What happened to the horrible sexual harassment case against Arvind patel. Is it true he was 'bought' by vc so that he could be his spy in FBE. What happened to all professional harassment cases against Sudesh mishra. Was he also 'bought' since he is a chum of vc. Why did usp have to return millions given as aid by ausaid. Why did Biman resign. Why was Adish harassed by vc. How did Iqbal become the chair of council. Why does vc need to keep spy's in all schools. Why have so many left usp during his time. Where has all the money gone. Can FICAC check on this culprit . Or is it too weak since vc is close to Aiyaaz and Baini and more sucking up to the new weak minister of education. Who himself is a Aiyana's sucker.

When a university makes massive payments to its staff to be quiet and leave. When a university makes million Dollar payment to John Aped. When a university appoints people without right experience and qualifications. When a university pays to keep its spys in the circle. When a university pays contractors who are related to someone. When a university VC wife goes around and tells who should leave, who has left even without grtting the termination letter, who should one be friends with and who not. When a VC wife goes around telling maintenance people how they should vote and for whom. When a VC wife goes around telling who won the elevtipn in fiji and why. When a VC goes around and says he has nothing to worry since he has friends in fiji government. When a VC thinks it's ok to return aid money since he cannot allow anyone to make decisions.
Something is really really wrong. It's time to check the balances, accounts, contracts of all those at USP.

Now I know heaps better than before what my poor canefarming rural relatives meant when they said " kahaun lambe hath maara hoi" when they saw some fat cat business men, rogue politcian, crooked lawyer or some other professional (crook) drive by in their fancy car. They taught me not to get carried away by the rich and powerful and their wealth and property and big house which was often acquired by dishonest means - often by screwing the poor, like themselves who slaved in the fields from dawn till dusk. Respect must be reserved for the honest man, the man of integrity. Not scoundrels, no matter what their position or status.
