Fijileaks: LISTEN TO THE FULL AND FRANK DISCLOSURES:

"You cannot be the Minister of Communications and make decisions which are favourable to FBC knowing fully well that what you've done is unethical and unlawful to favour FBC which is headed by your brother. That's just not right, you should step down. Because the Attorney General has spoken about the need to be transparent, about good governance - this is the man who has been preaching about it and he can't even follow his own words. A very unethical person, shame on him for being a lawyer. The Fiji Law Society and the Legal Services Commission should actually take action on him and remove his practising certificate." Tanya Waqanika

And the Khaiyum Bainimarama mob claimed they were taking over to clean up the old order of nepotism and favouritism and all that. What a bunch of liars!

Vinaka Tanya and Tevita for taking a courageous stand. You are in our thoughts and prayers. The truth must always prevail. All Tyrants FALL eventually - for sure.

A man who LIES in the Parliament brings the whole image / mana of the Parliament down. Shame!

Specious conflicts of interest have been self-evident in governance and in this entire affair for years. There is no future of integrity and no probity until they are confronted and resolved. Courage and determination required.

Thank you, FijiLeaks for being there – on the side of the weak, the underdogs.

When the pitiable IP Thieves (CHORS), Bainimarama and Aiyaz were in the process of STEALING our party name, we cried out loud, in protest. We did several press releases to ALL main stream Media in Fiji, protesting the use of our party name by Bainimarama and Khaiyum. None published and one responded, citing the political party’s decree prohibiting publications of statements from any unregistered party.

But we ARE Registered, we said!

Khaiyum , then being the Minister of Many Portfolios, including Justice and Elections and being at the same time, the ‘proposed’ National Secretary of the ‘proposed’ party with our STOLEN name. And him being the VERY Minister who tore up our Certificate of Registration – just to enable him to STEAL our party name. The conflict of interest here is so glaring – not to mention the CHORI and the CRIMINAL destruction of official records.

Fiji Media gave us a deafening SILENCE.

Our cause was truly lost and symbolically one of David and Goliath. Pitiable IP CHORS Aiyaz and Bainimarama- without expressing even an iota of human dignity, shamelessly and ruthlessly- STOLE our party name.

However, it is ONLY through the slings of FijiLeaks, we take shots at CHOR Khaiyum and CHOR Bainimarama – TRUTHFULLY and simply calling them pitiable Intellectual Property Thieves (CHORS) at every God-given opportunity that comes our way.

Thank you, FijiLeaks for being the alternative FREE MEDIA – the voice of the victim – and a medium for the TRUTH to prevail. We salute you!

We have empathy and respect for other victims, who suffer at the hands of Tyrants (and CHORs) Khaiyum and Bainimarama - and who courageously stand up for their rights… and for the TRUTH.

We applaud Tanya and Tevita for taking the brave step – standing up to this Tyrant Khaiyum -You owe it to your children. There is an element of PRIDE standing up to Tyrants, Liars and Bullies – our children must learn that.

We have NO respect (ZILCH) for pitiable CHORS and shameless LIARS (and/or anyone who sides with them).
Anit Singh.

You too right Anit Singh. Bainimarama and Khaiyum have power which we all know was acquired unlawfully and retained through a phoney "democratic election". But TRUTH is not on their side. Never has been. They lied and deceived and use threat to grab and hold onto power. But we know from history NOBODY holds power permanently.

All the best Anit Singh and we hope and pray that more God-given opportunities come your way. You are doing the right thing - Why should anyone steal your name and get away with it ?

Khiyum is on fire.....the business community gave kahiyum & FijiFirst their full support during elections, now let them SUFFER, if Khaiyum can rattle FijiTV to bring his brothers competitors to their knees, what will he do next.If his relatives and family ventures into other industries, for example retail, hardware etc.He will bring other industries to their knees so that his allies can succeed and be on top of the game...way to go khaiyum....and deserves you right business community, this is the consequence of supporting Fiji First!

Is Khaiyum Excempt from Prosecution?
7/1/2015 08:38:44 pm

One can argue Decrees are temporary and do not hold permanent place in enacting laws where constitutional governance is supreme law.

Then one can argue RFMF Commander and illegally promoted Mataitonga to position of Brigadia General will protect the illegal 2013 Constitution as governing law... so Fijian people just have to live with it.

BUT if the 2013 Constitution is so legal, then Khaiyum's abuse of office can be argued was waivered of prosecution only until convening of new parliament.

So why should he and solicitor General not be taken to task and allowed to continue to defy the laws as stipulated in the 2013 Constitution.

Will Pplice Commissioner take personal interest in this and show the public he has balls to initiate investigations against Khaiyum in terms of interfering in affairs of a public listed company?

Since this is now public knowledge, he should not require a complaint made to police to commence investigation.

Thanks for revealing the TRUTH , Tanya and Gonelevu. The Commision of Enquiry is a fair call. The country needs professionals like you.

As for the LIER Kaiyum, start acknowleding your deeds and blunders and RESIGN as minister. that will save a lot of embarrassment and money for the government.

The Liars and Chors in the corridors of power in national leadership and Government have all gone beyond repair. Like all such litter, they just need to be discarded; unless retained as mementos in the 'horrible people' category

The lack of understanding of Corporate Governance by Tevita and Tanya is embarrassing. The claim to be acting in the best interest of Fiji TV. They simply don't understand that they are employees of Fiji TV. The Board of Fiji TV have been appointed by the shareholders and the employees are required by law to follow the Directions of the Board.

The Board is appointed by the Shareholders and its the shareholders can appoint and remove the Directors.

I am amazed that Victor Lal and others have not picked up on the fact that Fiji TV is ultimately owned by Fiji Govt.

Tantamount to Corruption.

If ultimately Fiji Govt is the owner, than firstly ask these idiots to withdraw the company from South Pacific Stock Exchange.

THere are processes in place and no direct authority has been given to Khaiyum to be the shareholders rep in the board.

For any directive, Khaiyum must have been a Board Member and ultimately voting by majority in the board would take a decision.

But this was a directive drafted letter by Khaiyum and his own revelation he did not interfere is tantamount to corruption.
