Did Vuniwaqa also breach other Covid laws by spending 3 NIGHTS at a 'Safe House' which was not a Government designated quarantine centre, and whether Tiko facilitated the breach by driving her to that 'SAFE HOUSE'? Who owned that safe house? Was she a part of the bubbleEveryday, Fijians are reminded, and even dragged before the courts, for BREACHING social distancing. Did Vuniwaqa also breach other Covid laws by spending time at a 'Safe House' which was not a Government designated quarantine centre, and whether Tiko facilitated the breach by driving her to that 'SAFE HOUSE'? Who owned that safe house? Was she a part of the bubble and a member of that household? According to Tiko, Vuniwaqa contacted him on the night of Friday 6 August from Hilton Hotel where she had gone into quarantine. On Saturday 7 August, a team of 4 bodyguards from his security company 'extracted' - meaning picked her up (Tiko is sounding as if it was a SAS style operation and that her life was in danger), and they took her to a 'safe house' to await a PASS to cross the border at Wainodi. Two days later, on Monday 9 August, she received her pass in the evening, and on Tuesday 10 August, she was dropped at her residence in the morning. Clearly, the sequence of events demonstrate that she might have breached other Covid rules on movement etc. When did her quarantine end? Why didn't she apply for the PASS in advance while in quarantine at the Hilton Hotel? Or did she flee Hilton because she feared for her life and Tiko and his team My questions:Fijileaks: The Fiji Womens Lawyers Association should have THROWN the COVID RULE BOOKS at lawyer MERESEINI VUNIWAQA. We respect that Hell Has No Fury Like a Woman's Modesty Questioned but if these Fijian women lawyers want to be true to their profession, they must call for the charging of Vuniwaqa, just like those three voiceless women who fronted court in April 2021. Where was the FWLA?
