MUTINY TRIAL: There is widespread legal consensus that based on former DPP ACA RAYAWA'S recent revelations, RABUKA could be re-charged and tried over the Bloody 2 November 2000 MUTINY
PAP leader SITIVENI RABUKA executed two COUPS, on 14 May and 25 September 1987, because he was NOT satisfied with the outcome of his COUP objectives. He went on to rule as Prime Minister under a racist, autocratic and feudalistic 1990 Constitution from 1992-1999 when the Rabuka-Reddy coalition lost the 1999 general election.
*The whole world had begun asking: Who is Peceli Vosanibola. He had taken a massive lead, beating both Bainimarama and Rabuka
Fijileaks: Vosanibola should NOT have been on the ballot box. The SODELPA MP is facing trial in January over the tax allowance

The trial for SODELPA MP Peceli Vosanibola has been moved to the 17th of January, 2023.
Vosanibola is alleged to have falsely stated that his permanent place of residence was in Navuloa village, Bureta, Ovalau, Lomaiviti and allegedly obtained $19,749.50 in parliamentary allowances between August 2019 and March 2020.
FICAC has charged Vosanibola with one count each of False Information to a Public Servant and Obtaining Financial Advantage.
Judge of the Anti-Corruption Court, Justice Justice Thushara Kumarage says the current case has spilled over to this week and they will have to look at another date for Vosanibola's trial.
He had asked both counsels if the trial can be moved to the 19th of this month, but Vosanibola's lawyer asked if the current trial will be completed by then.
Justice Kumarage then asked both counsels if it can be moved to January 17th next year, where the trial will run until the 3rd of February, 2023. Both lawyers agreed with the ruling of the court. Fijivillage News
