Bolanavanua's 2008 Report dated 24 September 2009 has 8th Floor, Ratu Sukuna House, MacArthur Street, P O Box 2214, Govt Bldgs, Suva, and the Masthead reads Republic of the Fiji Islands, Office of the Auditor-General with the Motto: Accountability in the Public Service Sector Through Quality Audit Services

Six days later, the same above 2008 Report with a letter attached for Bainimarama as Prime Minister and Finance Minister and dated 30 September 2009 reads 6-8th Floor, Ratu Sukuna House, 2-10 McArthur St,
P O Box 2214, Govt Bldgs,
Suva, with the Motto: Excellence in Public Sector; the Masthead has also changed from Republic of the Fiji Islands, Office of the Auditor-General to Office of the Auditor-General; it doesn't stop there - the 2009 Report reverts back to the old Masthead, Republic of Fiji Islands, Office of the Auditor-General from the previous year's Office of the Auditor-General - did Fiji's Finance Minister Tamper with the Reports from 2007-2013 before releasing it after the election?

Even Bolanavanua's signature changed within SIX DAYS?

INCONSISTENCY GALORE: How can the letter to Bainimarama dated 30 September 2010 revert back to another masthead; compare 30 September 2009 letter; and yet Opposition sleeping in Parliament!

So you suggesting an entry of a ‘double-acting’ OAG report – (Bollywood)– Spot the difference, bhai ,between the ‘Asali and the ‘Nagali’. One Ram, One Sam.

Two versions of the OAG report –just like the two versions of the Fiji First Party – One Original – One Fake. A bit too much drama in little Fiji!

It is called a "six day restructuring".

New Address, New Logo, New Motto - New Fiji - and a brand new OAG Report!

Simbal, try to distinguish between inferences and conclusions....two totally different things. The word tampering is straight forward...and think hard different location of the Auditor General's Office changed within 6days?? Even monkeys can read that.

You see, Balanavanua's signature has not only changed but 2nd letter signature is half in darkness as the first one.

Is his 2nd signature scanned from another document or is it totally forged as they do not look the same!!!!!!!

This case among others just confirm that Fiji has not become an accountable democracy just because an election was held and "parliamentary democracy" has been "restored".
The dictatorship and its roguish ways are still alive and well in Fiji notwithstanding the farcical election and the "return to democracy".
The only change is in the dictator's garb.

Presenting false documents to the people is a felonious offence. It deserves a long prison sentence.

Thank you Fijileaks for drawing the peoples' attention into this.

No wonder main Opposition Party is still sleeping in parliament as they too were corrupt, during their days. They stole the 2006 Elections too.

They are just looking too much in the mirror, rather than saying we are not the old SDL. We are newly duly registered political party so we can ask some serious questions.

Maybe they fear to be voted out on their current salary to go further down by Fiji F... Party producing a bill to chop off Opposition's salary to pre 2006 level, therefore they are sleeping in Parliament now.

Dog eat dog....

Fijileaks you are doing a fine job in exposing the treachery of the Bainimarama government in Fiji. Let no Simball or any other Slimeball detract you from doing what you are doing for the people of Fiji.

A fine job indeed!

The Devil is in the details, Victor, the details. And no one knows that better than You.

You flabbergasted our minds with the minutest, littlest details of Daaku’s Chori. The master strategist, the astute, the revered son of Indus, the one who thought - he got away, the untouchable, the mighty Mahendra Chaudhary, for once, and always is now lost for words….and respect.
And Victor, you have done it again. Just who else would have noticed these small (cosmetic changes) in the OAG’s Report(s). -but so, so Significant -so as to mark it as two “distinct” documents. One is Original and One is a ‘cosmetically modified’ Fake.

The Plan can now be much Simpler – Spot the difference between the ‘Two’ Reports (yes, Sieve it) and where-ever is a difference – Dig Deeper. That’s exactly where the shit is buried.

Congratulations, Victor Lal -You are Fiji’s First (or FijiFirst's) - CHOR-BUSTER!

Ministry of Tourism Unaccounted.

Ministry of Tourism' accounts from 2008-2013 not shown as well. Only slight summary in there. All the overspending and unaccountable usage of meals, entertainment and meals in Nadi/west and overseas trips by Minister Khaiyum seems to have been taken away.

all that have been taken away from the books - Minister Khaiyum;s overspending, and meals and overseas trips- still appear on his person. The man's grown fat on all the free meals and good life he has been enjoying in the Fijian dictatorship.
