After weeks of meticulous examination, we have come to the conclusion that the TULSI CONSTRUCTION OWNER, who is building Ela Gavoka and Aiyaz Khaiyum's expensive Wailoaloa apartments, breached Khaiyum's Donation Decree by donating TWICE in the same year. On 3 October 2018, he donated $10,000 to FFP under SHAILENDRA PALIACHI KUMAR. |
* Earlier, on 26 January 2018, like other South Indian donors, he donated $5,000 under SHALEND TULSI. Like the name LUVENI, his father's name is TULSI RAM. We were able to make the connection by consulting the TISI Sangam Members Official Register list. The sign board for Khaiyum's Wailoloa apartments states the contractor is TULSI CONSTRUCTION.
* We, therefore, call on FICAC to investigate our claim, as well as our revelation about DICKSON(M) PENG, who double donated in 2014.
*We also call on FICAC to ascertain if Shailendra/Shalend/ Paliachi/Tulsi's WIFE, SHIVANGI PALIACHI and their daughter SWETA SHIVANI KUMAR actually personally donated to FFP. On 22 October 2018, Shivangi donated $10,000 and Sweta donated $5,000 (10/11/2018). On 4 July 2014, double donor Shailendra Paliachi Kumar had donated $5,000 to the party.
*Whether by design or rather by accident, one can see from our Fijileaks database of the donor lists that WELLA PILLAY deployed the same tactics, donating as WELLA and also as VADIVELU PILLAY. He and his family donated thousands of dollars to the party. Wella/Vadivelu Pillay, however, did not DOUBLE DONATE in same year. Our data base also points to him as one of four major collectors of funds from the donors without having been identified as the FFP receiver. We, however, call on FICAC to investigate whether Wella/Vadivelu, as statutory board member, breaced DECREE by donating thousands of dollars to the FIJIFIRST Party
