The end result will be the same as in the Bala/Riyaz Kaiyum and countless other cases. Either the DPP will say that they don't have enough evidence to charge kaiyums bandwagon or if it does reach the court miracously, the judge will let them go saying no one saw them dealing with drugs. The judiciary sings the tune that minister for everything wants them to. RIP Fijian Judicial Machinery

Very well put indeed, Tomasi. RIP Fijian Judicial Machinery - it was dead since the Bai-Kai illegal regime came into being and continued after the FFP's election as a "elected government".
