The Fiji Sun credits business journalist Lusiana Tuimaisala as the journalist who took that embrace photo of Mereseini Vuniwaqa and Varinava Tiko. We may recall that not long ago, Fiji Sun's Nemani Delaibatiki had reported New Zealand based resident Shailendra Raju to Police for printing photos of Delaibatiki and his wife that was taken without their consent and shared on social media websites. Delaibatiki's complaint was based on three grounds, inciting violence, invasion of privacy, and causing emotional trauma.
