Despite "rambling" English the message was very clear to Bainimarama

"The Hon. Prime [Minister] must be mindful of the fact that the support he shares from the RFMF has been based on the belief that he will also listen to us. The fact that he ignores all advice in favour of the Attorney General has led many in the institution to belief that there is something more going on than meets the eye.

Hon. Prime [Minister] is fully aware on the 130 pages report compiled by RFMF on the Attorney General corrupt practices which was ignored and led Brid. General Driti indictment. This follows norm of the current Commanders voice of reason with the resignation of Hon. Pio Tikoduadua. The senior command stands with the Hon. Prime Minister but when the Hon. PM ignores all advice in favour of Attorney General and keeps replacing senior officers, there will come a time when you sir, will find very less loyal followers in the RFMF.

While you sir, have had a vision of equal citizenry and equality for all, these incidents and the Attorney General promotion of Muslim friends and buddies and fiddling with traditional ownership has been causing must tension with general indigenous population.  Hon. PM must be mindful of the fact and long term situation because in case something happens to you sir, we fear that innocent people will be greatly victimize because of the Attorney General racial personal hatred vendetta."

Next President?: As former Justice turned diplomat Nazhat Shameem's name popped up, a group of army officers warned Bainimarama that they won't accept her nomination to be next President of  Republic of Fiji!

Fijileaks: Despite her diplomatic posting Shameem is still (and should be) considered a formidable candidate to replace the useless President

A Very Fishy Sale Affair: Fijileaks publishes a letter from inside Fiji:

Dear Editor

We are a community based in Nepani, Nasinu, Fiji. Recently, we have found out that the fish we have [been] buying and consuming  from Pilling Road Fish, based in Pilling Road, Nasinu, are  cut inside the bathroom of the residence of owner of Pilling Road Fish shop. The residence is also situated in Pilling Road, Nasinu.

This practice is in breach of Nasinu Town Council's business license and we are concerned whether Council officials have ever questioned the owner how and where the fish are being cut. Hundreds of customers are not aware that the fish they consume are cut inside the bathroom.

Please can you highlight this as soon as possible.

We wish to remain anonymous.
THANK YOU

Bainimarama and Khaiyum! You can run but you can't hide. You can't hide the truth.

What's the Regret?

Regarding the taped recording "While you sir, have had a vision of equal citizenry and equality for all, these incidents and the Attorney General promotion of Muslim friends and buddies and fiddling with traditional ownership has been causing must tension with general indigenous population."

Well the UN, Australia, NZ and USA do not see it that way as they all have supported the new Constitution and so have SODELPA on non racial components where indigenous populous are greatly advantaged in parliament. You can count number of ITaukei and non Itaukei in Parliament to see who are involved in policy and law making in this country now.

Isn't this what likes of Rabuka, Kububola, SVT/SDL, RFMF & GCC wanted majority ITaukei in Lower House so to have control on policy making?

I don't see any promotion of muslim friends in Fiji First Party's ranking or in the RFMF Camp although Brigadia Gen Aziz remains the highest ranking Commander.

So really who is benefitting from so called "fiddling with traditional ownership has been causing must tension with general indigenous population"?

Certainly they are not the evicted farmers so what is the cry all about?

So even his special forces bodyguards say he is a "baku"?

Investigate the Concerns...!!!

RFMF Commander has made his views known as "Hon. PM must be mindful of the fact and long term situation because in case something happens to you sir, we fear that innocent people will be greatly victimize because of the Attorney General racial personal hatred vendetta."

With this statement Commander insinuates he was not in control of RFMF and that he had no faith in his own leadership where ex-commander has set the stadards of "one army one commander policy".

Who would be the innocent victims .... will they be Muslim friends and families that are promoted by AG or will it be divided RFMF who will go out of control rather than be in control?

Now there is no NFP or FLP to overthrow ....so really who will be the victims of these concerns of RFMF needs an enquiry that SODELPA should promote in Parliament?

With the quickie rise in promotions from the coups the Military was always headed for a top-heavy leadership but then the fallout happened and it was left with the mediocre. For all to see the PM still heads the men in green; nowhere near the green faces of the Navy Seals, and fast becoming impotent by military standards. Every Officer associated with the Coups is being accounted for and fast - soon there will only remain the top honcho and his buddy with all the spoils of greed!!! and then silence....always an end time for everything. For citizens worried about Native lands and resources, you have majority racial grouping in both Houses of Parliament but no guts nor any clout - better vote in more women next time as backing to 'na Marama'

There is only one solution get rid of the Army once and for all.We do not need it for since the first coup by Rabuka billions of dollars have been wasted and for more than 20 years our children and mothers have suffered a great deal psychologically. The number of mental illnesses is increasing and so many poor people are begging in our Towns and Cities.Fiji the Jewel in the Crown as predicted in the 70's is no more and dying slowly on its feet. The look North Policy is the last nail in the coffin and sadly it's us the Taukei who put our trust in the hands of the Army to provide us with free cookies. To forge aheard there is an important element that we as Citizens must do,stop blame and finger pointing and work towards co-operation towards Good Governance.Nothing in the World is Free..the mentality of Cargo Cult so prevelant in the Pacific Region has to be erased for ever. The money saved from the Military has to be used for Education and the promotion of Health and Better Standed of Living for ALL.We can do it through Education in which a Curriculum is relevant and conducive to what we need and want for Future Survival. Our present Education does not cater for the promotion of the Pacific Ways where Culture,Tradition and Customs,Arts and Crafts,Songs and Dances etc are part of the individual and group learning. There is a need to change the mind-set of our younger generation and in our midst we have people who are capable to take the lead.It is a great pity we in Fiji missed the opportunity to put into practice Professor Ghai's proposed Constitution for the people and by the people. The work of the Commission laid in waste..a total abuse of power and money by the FFP{Military}.Taukeis' must wake up from their long slumber and face reality, the Army is not the Panacea, for so many years they applied Band-Aid and low and behold we are in debts we remain poor and China have Billionaires increasing each month. As for us in Fiji we all know who gets the cream...more Military Personnels to China for Training. For what purpose...more Generals and Commodores. As the saying goes...Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The Army is bleeding us dry since 1987.Just a thought! Vinakwa!!

The nepotism thing is nothing new since its always prevalent anyways, but victimizing indigenous rights is a devastating blow which can be quite dangerous.

Probably explains why the coup rumors are going around yet again.
