UPDATE: There are only two Peng in Fiji Voter Roll and only Peng is DICK PENG. Therefore, Dickson/Dicksom, is same individual from Freesoul who donated ($10,000+$3,000) to FFP on the same day in 2014. Both, FFP (Aiyaz Khaiyum), and Peng, broke the $10,000 donation limit

Therefore, $795,000 they have listed as donations for 2015 is FALSE. The total they collected in 2015 was $650,000. But as far as we are concerned, FICAC and the Military Council must ask why did they insert donations from 2015 into 2014 list, and donations from 2016 into 2015 List. And, why did the Supervisor of Elections LIED that FFP account is in order
WHO AUDITED FFP ACCOUNTS? WHO APPROVED THE ACCOUNTS AT THE FIJI ELECTIONS OFFICE? WHY ARE DONATIONS FROM 2015 INCLUDED IN THE 2014 DONOR LIST? WHY ARE DONATIONS FROM 2016 INCLUDED IN THE 2015 DONOR LIST? WHY NO RECEIPTS WERE ISSUED TO DONORS IN THE 2018 DONOR LIST AND IN OTHER YEARS?
Recently, the Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem listed the following particulars of discrepancies relating to National Federation Party, with threats of supsension or even de-registration:
a) The amount and sources of donations Lists are not true and proper reflection of the donations received by the party;

NAKED INACCURACIES: ONE DOES NOT NEED READING OR MAGNIFYING GLASS TO HOLD SANEEM AND FFP TO ACCOUNT REGARDING FFP DONOR LISTS. NOR FBC CEO RIYAZ SAYED KHAIYUM'S 'SPY CAMERA'. SANEEM MUST BE SACKED AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY FICAC, ALONG WITH MINISTER FOR ELECTIONS, AIYAZ SAYED KHAIYUM. IT WAS ONE REASON WHY WE HAD CALLED ON KHAIYUM TO RESIGN AS ELECTIONS MINISTER IN 2014
LISTING of donations for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2014. DOUBLE DONATION IN 2014 by KANTILAL PUNJA? The FFP list certifies and declares, DONATIONS: $1,963,309. But a closer examination of the list throws in your face the following: 20/7/2015: Kantilal Punja and Nitin Punja ($10,000 each, RNs 0075/76). However, in the same 2014 list Kantilal Punja is already listed as having donated $10,000 on 7/4/2014, RN 0050. These donations were accepted by FFP Treasurer Vimlesh Kumar. DID KANTILAL PUNJA DONATE TWICE IN 2014, EXCEEDING THE $10,000? BUT TO HIDE THE DOUBLE DONATION, FFP THREW IN THE YEAR OF DONATION AS 2015 TO COVER IT UP? In fact, 10 other donors on the 2014 list are listed as having donated in 2015. They donated (including Kantilal Punja) a total of $105,000 in 2015 but have been included in the 2014 List. Phillip Temo, of Temo Consulting is listed in the 2014 List as having donated $5,000 on 20/05/2015, RN 0086). Others from 2015 in the 2014 List are as follows: (Nitin Punja, Jayantilal, Dilen Kumar, Jigar Khatri, Divendra Chand, Shelvin Shalendra Singh, Janend Singh, Vishu Prasad and Mrs V. Prasad). Only by taking into custody these donors, including Temo, Kantilal Punja and FFP Treasurer Vimlesh Kumar (along with Aiyaz Khaiyum), will we be able to establish the TRUTH of these dubious donations. Why else throw in 2015 donors into the 2014 DONOR LIST. And why did Saneem approve it?
FFP declares that in 2014, it collected a TOTAL of $1,963,309 in donations. This is patently wrong if we exclude those from 2015 who are included in the 2014 list, and have donated a total of $105.000. A revised list should read: $1,858,309. Did FFP Falsify its 2014 Donor List by stating that it collected the following:

But, again, like in 2014, they have dubiously included donors from 2016 who donated a total of $250,000 in 2016. We must exclude ($795,000 - $250,000 = $545,000). In 2015, they collected $545,000 + $105,000 (they dubiously inserted in 2014 List) = $650,000
Therefore, $795,000 they have listed as donations for 2015 is FALSE. The total they collected in 2015 was $650,000.
