Fijileaks: The NFP's 'Elf' and (PROFESSOR EMERITUS) didn't name British High Commission in Fiji. Somebody who retires from a Professor position is often referred to as Professor Emeritus, and so (in some sense) gets to keep their title. PRASAD is no longer PROFESSOR

“Furthermore, the decision of a diplomatic mission here to fund the trips of journalists of only two news media organisations is also highly questionable”.

“One organisation is State-owned and has been provided more than $80 million in grants in the last decade. The other enjoys exclusivity in terms of government advertising”.

“Was the fact that both are heavily funded by taxpayers funds through grants and advertising revenue respectively, as well as their known bias towards government, the basis of them being selected to send journalists to Glasgow?”

“Were they selected by the diplomatic mission or was it based on government’s recommendation?”

“Were invitations extended to other news media organisations? If no, why not?”
