Last year we revealed that Fijileaks has scores of files that were leaked to us from inside FICAC, including the files calling for the arrest and prosecution of former FFP Health Minister Dr Neil Sharma and his accomplices; to date, Sharma, who resigned as Cabinet minister, remains at large (for Khaiyum, then the acting Prime Minister) is deeply implicated in the 'Sharma files') while "Mr Smalls" are dragged before the courts!

"Financial analysis of Mr. Ratnesh Chandra and Mr. Shiu Raman may reveal unexplained deposits or questions may arise as to how he has built his double story mansion at Nabua. Investigations reveal that he has a BSP loan of $140,000.00 and car loan with Credit Corporation Limited amounting to $24,000.00. Mr Ratnesh Chandra’s’ remuneration of $16,000.00 annually is well below to meet his commitments for an exposure of $154,000.00. In normal circumstances would be earning $541.00 fortnightly which equates to $14,066.00 annually and for Mr Chandra to meet his commitments for the above exposure and his daily living is beyond comprehension. A full financial analysis of both the parties would reveal living beyond their means. Investigations further reveal that Mr. Shiu Raman owner of Incredible IT Solutions has invoiced for a total $82,782.16.for which full payment has been made by the bursar of Suva Grammar School. The report also examines their conduct in relation to the falsification of documents, soliciting financial advantage by Mr. Ratnesh Chandra “the bursar” and in return Mr. Shiu Raman corruptly paid $7,000.00 to Mr. Ratnesh Chandra ensuring that the scheme will continue. Their scheme which has corrupt elements of Official Corruption is systematically executed by both the parties with wilful intention to defraud and gain an unfair advantage."
One of FICAC investigators was Balmindar Singh, now FFP MP; Fijileaks has revealed that very similar conclusions were reached against Dr Neil Sharma
, the former FFP Minister of Health  but he remains free!

Mr. Ratnesh Chandar, the Public Officer’s newly constructed residence at Ratu Mara Rd for which he has to justify pecuniary resources to construct the above residence is proportionate to his official emoluments. Mr. Ratnesh Chandar has used the same mode of fraudulent procurement activities with no physical deliveries being done. Mr. Ratnesh Chandar has been involved with various other companies whereby he successfully conspired and executed the scam since 2006. A full scale preliminary investigation is underway on other companies that he was involved with. The above mansion construction by Mr. Ratnesh Chandar is disproportionate to official emoluments.

"There is enough evidence for the Investigations to proceed and the perpetrators brought to justice. Due to the fact that Dynamic Solutions is currently under microscope and a separate preliminary investigation is currently underway for a multi-million dollar scam with Ministry of Education and other Ministries. As a result, there should no effort to engage in dialogue with the owner Mr. Yenktesh Naidu."- FICAC Investigation on Dynamic Solutions, who boasts the following clients:

Shiu Raman who is the Director of Incredible IT Solutions, allegedly provided false documents for the purchasing of stationary for Suva Grammar School and as a result of that conduct, obtained a financial advantage amounting to $64,920 for the IT company, and knowing that the company was not eligible to receive the financial advantage.

Dr. Sharma will have his bitter medicine soon.

FICAC must also investigate the 'financial advantage' of aunty Nur Bano while she falsely restructured the Rewa Dairy.

Saimoni are you reading this? Fijileaks has been vindicated. There is no questioning the relevance of Fijileaks . That is acknowledged by all except the sycophantic supporters of Bainimarama and Khaiyum and the fictitious " new Fiji " of their creation.
