"The hardware scam was made possible because of a lack of accountability and transparency in the implementation of the 'Help for Homes' scheme. The two companies implicated are known to be close to those in authority. No one has yet been prosecuted for this very obvious act of deception."

Perhaps, Chaudhary, with his vast and varied experiences as the deposed and former Minister of Finance, is best endowed with skills to monitor this $132 Million Dollar Rehabilitation Fund – and keeping it transparent and accountable.

It is good on Chaudhary to use his head and his special skills to stake out the peculiarities and potentials for CHORI, in the future, of this $132 Million Dollar Fund. Thank You, Chaudhary.
