MARC Studios told to pay back nearly $14,000 to FNU. This company has not refunded the money, which was paid illegally by Ian Rouse and Nafisa Maqbool, claim FNU legal sources. Maqbool reportedly has an interest in the company. As reported earlier, Rouse has been accused of letting Maqbool take up a position with Coco Cola without waiting for the Audit Report on her as FNU Manager Project Central

Meanwhile, recently FNU purchased $12,000 worth of tamarind and $20,000 worth of eggs for FNU canteen. Former VC Ganesh Chand "never bought these because still Koronivia have chicken shed which can cater canteen needs...tamarind was purchased in link with Vimal Vishnu but nothing has been done to him"

What a monster of a being in Mahendra Reddy have Dr. Ganesh and Dr. Biman created. Reddy's legacy is destroying Fiji's education system, and destroying FNU which was shining under Dr. Ganesh's leadership. Dr. Ganesh gave many of the opportunity to complete diplomas and degrees. Fiji was becoming educated. Reddy and Khaiyum wanted none of this. At there behest FICAC combed the FNU records for months to find dirt on Dr. Ganesh, only to find him saving the life of Filipe Bole as a charge. What a joke. We all know that Reddy is dismantling tested education system. At close of school today, teachers were on circular no 74. Each day Reddy wakes up with a new dream, he puts out a circular. Most of these are hilariuos. Teachers have sleepless nights. Many are not looking for jobs outside teaching. They dont want to remain under mercy of Reddy and Khaiyum. I know first hand as I see the daily tensions my wife went through this year.

The problem with FNU like most government departments and entities is incompetent people leading in key positions. These people are there more so on political appointments than merit. FNU has got Iqbal janniff as kaiyums monkey. There are others like tavenisa tofinga, Josua Tuisawau, Vimal Vikash, Sarita Harish, ram Karan, Rohit kishore, angamuttu, Ana Rokomoti, Amita swamy, Natasha Mudaliar, vaviola matakasa, Abdul shahib, shahdeo singh, Sachin Karan to name few. All these people are monkeys of certain people and jump at their command. If FICAC investigates properly, they will find so many rot that a special court would be needed to handle all matters. Reddy may be gone but he still has a good squeez over the affairs of FNU and dictates terms. Janniff is in for this special purpose of maintaining Kaiyum and reddys hold on FNU and to squander as much money as possible as precedessors have done. A team of thieves leading thieves.

Its not only what Ganesh achieved or did not achieve. Ganesh was very strict on expenses compared to Ian Rouse who opened the door for money running out. Ian had no experience on control of Money.
The major problem arose when FNU started doing most of the job in house to save money and try to be self-sufficient. This program was not liked by the business community as business was not given to them. So the business community ran to papa Khaiyum and Government than made up the minds how to re pay business people who are supporting them.

FNU had big plans to be self-sufficient and that was not liked by the Business people who used to make money on the same job. FNU had plans to have a own milk packing machine and they were fighting against CJ Patel and in one case the PM gave instruction to give the Navua farm to CJ Patel. FNU had plans to set up own poultry farm so they are self-sufficient in eggs and meat, this was agin going against CJ Patel
So the best solution was to get rid of Ganesh and they can do whatever they want. Ian was just a mouth piece of the Government but he saw what Government was doing and he ran riot with his personal agenda and took advantage
For evidence. Check how much work was done within when Ganesh was there and how much is done now when Ian was there. Big difference of big saving to no saving now.
So what did Ganesh actually did wrong. Paying Ministers medical bill, that’s all. After all he was the head of education. I am sure if Mahendra Reddy falls sick now, Government will try to do the same for his Medical.

The same staff who were against Ganesh for his strictness are now saying he was a better as now they understand strictness means productivity and now only a few are showing productivity while the majority is just relaxing and in those majority who are relaxing are the families of senior management in HR and other departments.

Dear Editor,

If someone as prominent as Feroz Jan can go to prison for defrauding the government, let us hope there is no favouritism shown to Nafisa Maqbool as she must face justice a face the repercussions of her corrupt actions.

It is right that Coca Cola has distanced itself from her until the issues relating to her former employment are cleared. Coca Cola is a global brand and will not allow such things to besmirch it's reputation.

in your concerted attempt to glorify your master ganesh chand, the reality is that your hypothesis does not accord with the facts as published by Fijileaks.

your master ganesh chand was not good riddance by the government, CJ Patel and the vested interests that you assert. The truth is that ganesh was very much part of the bai-kai regime, writing all of their Budgets in return for kickbacks.

Since last year Victor Lal has provided undisputed hard core documentary evidence that it was Andrew Singh who uncovered chand's massive fraud and corruption - in the form of chand's credit card fraud, Kiri EU funds theft, hiring his USP mate narend Prasad to work at FNU in 2 roles without the required MQRs and work permit, purchasing the Navua farm without council authorisation......

The spin on Bole's NZ treatment that you are now trying to use to glorify ganesh as a victim and a good person defies common sense and all logic. Victor Lal clearly provided evidence that the only reason ganesh used FNU funds to pay Bole's NZ treatment was to get financial kickbacks in return - in the form of his salary, bonus, abusing his credit card and above all, running FNU as his own business. He had the most of the FNU council members in his pocket. Again, these matters are now on public record as provided by Victor Lal through Fijileaks.

Get your facts right Halla Bol! All you have to do is to read Victor Lal's FNUGATE, both current and the archives. People from all walks of life have documented how this evil ganesh chand and his cronies have ruined them and their families. Those who have been
his loyal chamchas have been (and still are) rewarded.

Halla Bol's detractor: If Dr. Ganesh has received kickbacks, why not say from who and how much, and get him charged. If he has stolen from EU funds - get EU to make a statement or get him charged. If he defrauded with credit cards, get him charged. Navua Farm - same - get him charged. But no one will charge him because none of those things happened. I know Dr. Ganesh from when he was teaching at USP as a bold, courageous and principled man who will not give in to unreasonable instructions. Unless and until evidences are produced, I will say the allegations are simply figments of imaginations of those hurt by Dr. Ganesh's success. Monster Reddy and Maglomaniac Khaiyum used the dirt thrown to get rid of him. Halla Bol seems to be on right track. The plot appear too thick. FNU may rise again in time. No one will be able to keep a good man down for long. But my concern is the damage Monster Reddy is doing to school system. This damage will be irreplaceble.

What a bloody joke Aj - you are perhaps another chamcha of ganesh chand.

Implicating mahendra kama sutra reddy for the con ganpat's downfall!! What a bloody joke. Reddy and chand are birds of same feather; they ate in the same plate, they licked up to their masters (bai-kai) actus remutus, and chand promoted reddy to become the next minister for education so that chand could advance his fraud at massive scale.

Unfortunately, chand's corrupt plan was undone by this Australian Andrew Singh who had the guts to stand up and challenge chand head on. Good on him.

Your "ifs" can only have credibility if FICAC was totally independent of bai-kai. And the entire Fiji knows that FICAC is the government's house trained poodle. So no matter how strong evidence that once provides to FICAC to clearly prove that chand is guilty of all fraud and corruption, chand and his cronies will still claim their innocence when the reality is that, like Bala, chand is guilty is hell!!

And people like Aj and his ilk will still continue to deny this because like FNU council members, they remain in chand's pocket.

As regards calling him Dr chand, this is itself an insult to the academic community. ganesh chand never submitted his thesis and cannot assert with any credibility that he has a PhD from any university. If he does, why has he resisted to publish his "thesis" on the internet!!! Chor kechor!!!

What we all know is good men always triumph, and evil men always fall. If he is megalomaniac, he will fall. Let time and tide decide on this. But do not lynch him in kangaroo courts. If you dont trust Fiji courts or FICAC or Police, then publish the frauds he did openly. Let public know. Andrew Singh's allegations are only buckets of filth thrown on Dr. Ganesh, with hope that some will stick. The difference between you Dekho ji and me, is that we know Dr. Ganesh; you dont. We hold him in high regard.

Aj kal aur Aj: I dont claim to know all, unlike you. If you have evidence, provide it. By throwing rubbish, you wont achieve much, like Dr. Ganesh's PhD. You and Dr., Ganesh sort that out. Make a report to authorities that he doesnt have a PhD and let authorities deal with him for fraud. But you are really a man of yesterday - kal. You have no idea what is happening in Fiji and what FICAC is. BY now we all know that Andrew Singh is a convicted fraudster - 50 or 60 charges of fraud. Last we hear he is a child molester too. Check with Australian authorities. That is why he can not get a job anywhere in Australia.

Note that we have our own evidence for all report. Giving evidence now to anyone is foolish and a waste of time as you all know where will that may end up to.

All evidence is nicely stacked and not in Fiji as you know what may happen. it will be out at the right time.

I also want to ask , who is Victor Lal. a normal person like us and does the admin of Fiji Leaks. anyone can stand and say anything and does that mean he is correct.

I am not saying you believe me. if you ok, if you don't even that is ok. I am just informing what I know.
as said I have hard evidence and if I give that evidence to someone now, it will be wasted as we all know justice will not happen.
so when justice starts, that's the time evidence will be provided and until than, let it stay.
