Fijileaks: Since FFP is clearly in breach of Khaiyum's Political Parties Decree, the 2014 general election result must be annulled and FFP de-registered. The FFP Government must RESIGN and a caretaker civilian government must be set up, overseen by the Military Council, while FICAC must be ordered to take Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum into CUSTODY. He is, after all, the General Secretary of the FijiFirst Party and Minister for Elections. He also LIED in his Asset Declarations in 2014. We also call on the Military Council to take Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem and Dickson Peng into CUSTODY DONOR and ELECTION BALLOT PRINTER: The FFP Donor List reveal STAR PRINTERY family (Bindiya, Nehal, Sandeep, and Vikesh Chauhan) DONATED $90,000 to FFP between 2014-2018. Surely, Election Supervisor Mohammed Saneem MUST have seen the donations between 2014-2019. And, yet, during the 2018 Election, he gave contract to STAR PRINTERY to PRINT the 2018 General Election Ballot Papers. Isn't that a Conflict of Interest and since DONOR was also BALLOT PRINTER, there was a possibility of ballot paper tampering on part of Star Printery. Besides Star Printery, QUALITY PRINT Ltd directors donated $30,000 to FFP PENG registered his Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) Pte Ltd under DICK PENG but donated TWICE on same day as DICKSON and DICKSOM PENG. We are informed that FFP deliberately changed NAME and Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem colluded with uncle Khaiyum in certifying FFP Donor List without throwing it back at the Party or call in FICAC. Since FFP is clearly in breach of Khaiyum's Political Parties Decree, the 2014 general election result must be annulled and FFP de-registered. We also call on the Military Council to take Saneem and Peng into CUSTODY. Fijileaks is willing to co-operate with any investigations for sake of FIJI DICKSON PENG and DICKSOM PENG (the one and the same Freesoul director and destroyer of Malolo Island reef) donated $13,000 on 9 September 2014. He made two payments on the same day: $10,000 and $3,000, to FFP Head Office, thus exceeding the $10,000 legal limit. We are citing from the official FFP Donor List (2014-2019) released by the Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem Why did the Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem TURN A BLIND EYE to these two donations exceeding $10,000? As General Secretary of the FijiFirst Party Aiyaz Khaiyum must be held criminally guilty, and so must the FFP leader Frank Bainimarama who collected from Peng and other donors a total of $2,000,179.13 to win the 2014 general election. No wonder they sat back and allowed Peng and his company to destroy Malolo - the Chinese-born Pied Piper who was calling the tune. It was only in 2018 that FFP Government acted to revoke his Malolo Island development permit. We are not interested in 2018. We are interested in the criminality of Peng, Khaiyum, and Bainimarama in 2014 under Aiyaz Khaiyum's Political Parties Decree We call on the MILITARY COUNCIL to ask FICAC to take Saneem, Khaiyum and even Bainimarama into custody. Saneem has blatantly lied to the VOTERS of Fiji and to the International Donors that FFP's financial statements and the donor list are in perfect order. Clearly, he has LIED. The 2014 FFP Donors List released to us by Saneem clearly reveal that Peng donated twice in 2014: On 9 September 2014 (a week before the general election) Peng donated $10,000 (Receipt Number 0438) to FFP Head Office and again, on the same day (9 September 2014) he made another donation of $3,000 (Receipt Number 0451). Total: $13,000. Peng, Khaiyum and Bainimarama breached the Political Parties Act and Saneem colluded with the TRIO in not reporting himself and the other two to his pet FICAC. It is becoming very clear why Truth For Fiji was having a field day in 2014 THE ROAD TO ROT AND CORRUPTION SET IN WHEN MANY RUSHED TO JOIN FRANK BAINIMARAMA'S 2006 COUP TO CLEAN UP CORRUPTION My Election, Donors Fiji

Hi Victor thanks for your excellent investigation and you produce sufficient evidence to have this matter of corruption criminally tried in a court of law. The evidence is there. Now a private citizen or any of the Fijian political parties need to make a complaint with the Supervisor of Elections, the Registrar of Political Parties and the Electoral Commission. Also a case can be filed in the high court. This needs to happen to bring these scumbags to account for the various breaches they have committed. Public perception is definitely changing.

From what I recently heard according to Shalendra G Raju, word from the grapevine is that the "donors" were being allegedly bullied into giving money by Khaiyum himself and some other cronies with him. It may be mild but effective knowing that smokescreen grant cuts to USP was a dead giveaway that government has no money.
