Founder and President, Mainaz Nazrin Ali says they came up with the idea to provide sanitary items to families in Nawaka after reading a post that women and girls are using old socks, newspapers, towels and rags as sanitary pads.

Ali says they have also received 40 requests for baby items from needy mothers and they have got donations from the staff of HFC Bank in Nadi and items will be distributed tomorrow.
Ali who is a teacher and also lives in the lockdown area in Nawaka says it is heartbreaking to see the suffering of fellow Fijians. Source: FijiVillage News
