Hello, Aiyaz Khaiyum: Why is Bala appearing in court on 17 October - for it falls on a Saturday - if so, why wasn't your chamcha hauled long ago?

Fijileaks:
Why on a Saturday?
Will history be created a first for Fiji?
Only serious cases for bail and first appearance in court due to 48 hours timeline after arrest?
Will Bala appear in court on October 17 - on a Saturday?
Will the prosecution and magistrate appear on that day?
If Bala appears in court but the magistrate and prosecution don't appear,
Will Bala be FREE?

ROTTEN JUSTICE AND AN INSULT TO THE DECEASED!

Will this fugitive from law be dancing to freedom on October 17?

DISGUSTING: Bala has time to dance but he had no time to attend court

Fijileaks: After the accident in 2013, Bala was admitted at Lautoka Hospital instead of being locked up at Lautoka Police Cell. Recently, a Lautoka businesswoman was locked up at Lautoka Police Cell after a motor vehicle accident which caused the death of a UN worker based in Fiji. The law of the jungle in Khaiyum's Fiji!

Bala's lawyer Shalend Krishna wanted the case to be heard in 2016. All State cases are given to his law firm of Krishna & Co. All lawyers barred from practice by the Independent Legal Services Commission have to hand over their practice and client files to  Krishna & Co where Ashneel Sudhakar (Chairman, Standing Committee on Justice, Law and Human Rights) and who describes himself as 'Fiji ke mashoor gunda Gulam Dastgir'- is Barrister & Solicitor:

Editor,
In an old colonial era film West of Zanzibar we see how a cunning, crooked, crafty Indian lawyer Dhofar plies his trade in illegal ivory. He represents the typical " smart talking " parasite of a lawyer who is only interested in making profit for himself. He is not at all concerned about the African victims of his dirty trade. He uses devious, cynical means to circumvent the legal system . But in the end notwithstanding his crafty ways justice catches up with him.
There was a time I would have dismissed such a film as colonial propaganda. Now I know better.

Corruption or incompetence take your choice, because it has now gone past the point where justice will be served..
