New documents obtained by Fijileaks also confirm our story (8 January 2015) about Education Minister Mahendra Reddy ordering his former PS Basundra Kumar to create a post for defeated election candidate Dean because "Kattu Minister" wants to reward Dean for standing as FFP candidate; on 9 March 2015 Dean was appointed acting Roving NSAAC Co-coordinator

Dean's contract was extended for another year til 23 August 2015; the next day, 24 August, Education Minister Reddy ORDERED Education Ministry to transfer Dean to Dr Saukhat Ali Sahib Campus in Nadi

Teacher to Politician?: On 15 August 2015 Dean resigned without giving any reasons for his resignation to MOE; in fact, he was planning to contest election on FFP ticket!

More evidence of the " clean up " governance the coupist and his cronies have instituted in the " new Fiji " of their creation with no more favouritism and nepotism and political patronage in appointments.
That was done only by Qarase and the " old politicians ". What a shameless bunch of liars and hypocrites!

Look if Bainimarama and his chamchas and Dr Reddy is one big chamcha can appoint an unknown military thug to be president of the country, there is nothing to stop them from appointing a regime lackey like election loser Mohammed Dean to some post in the ministry of education.the shit just keeps getting more solid under Fiji's new saviour!

Reddy is a hypocrite, ask the frustrated education officers how he is micro-managing. First world Minister to be speaking to teachers directly and negotiating their transfers and promotions. look at him giving instruction for the transfer of Dean from NAASC to school. The PS is a rubber stamp and his doormat. Teachers want him booted out of the Ministry of Education. His crony Dharemdra Dayal has been heard over the radio talk back saying only the Ministers trusted people are being promoted in schools. Look at their cheapness and who will question them on merits?

Nepotism appointment equals stinking appointment. When Mahendra Chaudhry made a nepotism appointment many people said it had a bad smell on it. But now the brand new politicians in the " new Fiji " of Bai- Kai are doing what the " old politicians " did and we are to accept that as perfectly alright. What rotten hypocrites!

It's good that Dr. Reddy kicked him out. Mohammed Dean is a loser and fraud and should never have been in ministry. I don't think he should be sworn in Parliament as is not fit to be there. Same with Dayal bloke who is unqualified and is an idiot.

Funny two people mentioned Dharmend Dayal. Dayal investigated Mohammed Dean and was the one who recommended him to be transferred. This Dayal is always talking the most in the promotion and transfer of teachers but was neither a Head of school nor a HOD. How has he become a SEO when so unqualified? Has no manners and talks garbage all the time. As stated by others is a stupid person and does not do any work.

Dear Editor

This same Dean fella is now womanizing at the Dr Saukat Ali Saheeb Campus in Nadi. Why cant we rid him from the system once and for all? There is a woman who he has been seen driving to the popular picnic spot in Nadi in the evenings and we wonder what he is telling his poor wife and kid back at home. We dont want him as a role model to our kids because he is using his FFP connections to manipulate the ladies and the world must know.
He is a disgrace to us staff let alone the Muslim Community at this school since we own the campus. The Minister should be really ashamed of this man and his behavior. I see his wife and son coming to pick him at times and i feel for her as a lady. This man is unfit to be a father and soon we will see him in parliment as the newest MP. Its now the topic of discussion in the campus and they are not hiding it anymore. Dean should stop all this nonsense and start behaving like a public figure now. Or else it will work very much against him. I for one am so ashamed because the other staff are speaking out against him and our school.
