No Minority rights

The minorities are left out, so much for equal rights. u cant say that we are so dumb and lazy that we cant make the top 1%.
If u look at the FCAE numbers only 1 out of 146 allocated to minorities for 2012..we the minorities as a group make up maybe 10% of the population...and how come only 1/146 of scholarships given to us minorities. And since 2016 only 16 scholarships out of nearly 1000 given to minorities. No minority rights for sure under this regime of equal rights.
