KALOUNIWAI SCOFFS Off KHAIYUM IMPLANTED STORY in FIJI SUN that the Brigadier-General tipped to take charge of fight against Indian Covid variant brought into Fiji by Khaiyum's Fiji Airways flight on 10 April 2021

1/6/2021

Fijileaks: *Brigadier-General Ratu Jone Kalouniwai would be like a square peg in a round hole for the role Aiyaz Khaiyum, through the
Fiji Sun, was trying to sideline him into, to fight COVID
* If true, Kalouniwai must decline the offer until the decision is made on who will be the new Commander of the RFMF because
he is the best and highly qualified candidate for the position in Fiji right now.
* What sets Kalouniwai apart from other eligible candidates
like torturer Sitiveni Qilio, the current Police Commissioner, or Aziz, the  Deputy Commander or the present Commander, Naupoto, is that unlike these three, Kalouniwai had no hand or was never actively involved in the recent military coups, and especially for the fact that Fiji and all political parties, including the FFP, are committed to rid Fiji of the coup culture which is a major plank of their election manifestos.
* Thus, Kalouniwai would be the only eminently suitable candidate from among his peers to be promoted as the new Commander, RFMF and would be ideally and well positioned  to restructure and reset the Fiji Military Forces to support and protect our fragile democracy and future Governments from the coup culture
