Now that the Suva High Court Judge Justice Jude Nanayakkara has refused Apted's application to cross-examine Aiyaz Khaiyum in Richard Naidu's committal proceedings, Apted's pre-emptive comment that refusal by the Judge of their application will mean that his client and legal partner Naidu is being tried by a KANGAROO COURT'. Clearly, according to Khaiyum's lawyer Gul Fatima, Apted committed contempt of court and proceedings must be considered against Apted
