I wouldn't be surprised if he did. You see dirty old habits are hard to die, especially the habit of enjoying un entitled privileges by virtue of one's position. It is called the habit of abuse of office. In a coup country many fall into that habit.

Yes, the Kafoa name sounds familiar.

I was at FRU and there was disquiet about Kafoa's financial management. It will not be surprising if he abused his FRU credit card as no one checked it properly and those who did, accepted his word as gospel.

Just investigation but no action

According to the info supplied by Fijileaks FNU internal auditors investigated Kafoa's and Ian Rouse's FNU credit card abuse but one
wonders why the then VC Ganesh Chand did not take any action against these 2 .

Can anyone please help me with this intriguing question.
