MASOOR GOONDA BOY now says Fiji Times TWISTED his comments on 30,000 Civil Service jobs, with Khaiyum DADA rushing to reassure civil servants that FFP government has no plans to re-advertise those jobs

“The reporter, Mr Nasik Swami, incorrectly asserts that I stated that more than 30,000 civil service positions will be readvertised and that those employees must then reapply for their jobs. However, I never made any statement to that effect.  My comments to Mr Swami were exclusively regarding the new open merit-based criteria that any new applicants must meet when seeking to fill vacant positions in the Civil Service. I made no comment on the readvertising of any positions currently held by civil servants, as that is not the plan of the Ministry of Civil Service. The reporter also incorrectly asserted that three options would be offered to civil servants who did not meet merit based criteria. These options, “phasing out or retirement, replacement of those appointments without merit and transfer within ministries”, were never a part of my discussions with Mr Swami and I never made any statements to this effect. This highly irresponsible reporting by the Fiji Times has caused undue panic among civil servants and is a blatant attempt to undermine the good work Government is doing to reform the Civil Service and empower our public servants. An immediate retraction should be issued clarifying these errors to prevent the proliferation of misinformation and a further disservice to the Fiji Times readership.”

"The comments attributed to the relevant committee members in The Fiji Times article, Civil Service jobs to be readvertised: intake on merit on May 12, 2016, do not reflect Government's policy position towards civil service reform. The Ministry of Civil Service has never planned to readvertise any existing positions or have civil servants reapply for their jobs. While there will be new open merit-based selection criteria, these will apply only to vacant positions in the civil service. Civil servants and any potential applicants for civil service positions are encouraged to read the open merit recruitment and selection guidelines" - DADA Aiyaz Khaiyum

Fijileaks: The self-confessed GOONDA BOY could tell the nation if we have also TWISTED HIS COMMENTS BELOW, POSTED ON HIS FACEBOOK. It beggars belief how a scumbag of his ilk could be appointed Government Whip, Chairman of Justice and Law, and now PAC chairman. Yes, it can happen in Aiyaz Khaiyum's FIJI:
Monkey see, monkey do

Well said. The truth is always the first casualty in warfare. People may not realise that Fiji has been in a constant state of war since 1987. Dishonesty, lies and deceit are only some of the characteristic features of people involved and the major beneficiaries of such warfare. It is matter of survival for them, but sadly at the expense of truth, decency and justice, and all that is associated with these, including the good interest of society as a whole. But yes, victory shall be ours someday. We shall fight through social media, but eventually and surely, this battle shall be translated into the streets and corridors of corrupt power. Naibono and Raimono and Saibona may say whatever they wish to exercise s their freedom of speech. But just as the sun will rise each time after the sunset, Khai, Bai, the two dictators of Fiji and all their foolish supporters like Nai, Rai and Sai will regret what they have done in Fiji. May God help Fiji/

These boys are immature and corrupt. Sudhakar and Khaiyum have no idea how the world functions. They have fallen victims to their own propaganda that thy are the only ones who know everything about everything. These are Indians - Khaiyum, Rosy, Koya, Sudhakar, Reddy, and murdered Bala. They are all corrupt and have many skeletons in their cupboards.

There is no way the reporter could have got so much information wrong. Clearly Mr Porno Sudhakar made the comments and is now retracting them. Fiji times and Nasik Sami are the scapegoats.

Wait for government's puppet and Khaiyum chamcha Arsewind Raj come down hard on Fiji Times like a fire breathing dragon with gnomic statements. Get your Dictionaries ready!

The timing is of interest. Go back to 16 may 1966. The Cultural Revolution was set in motion by Chairman Mao. A year later Hong Kong was in chaos with bombings and turmoil in the streets. To those who were witness, cowering in hotels, it now seems to have a familiar feel. Turmoil and 'interesting times' - Mao died ten years later and the Condolence Book was on hand in Suva for signature. Millions in China were dead or disappeared. Human lives counting for so little in his Great Game.
