*NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA only filed for name change via Deed Poll on 21 July 2021, to become NIKO NAWAIKULA. But it beggars belief that NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA thought it was his divine right to drive around Fiji under a common name because he loves and adores that pet name.
*We need a statement from Transport Minister and the LTA, to explain what criteria was employed to give him a Driving License under his PET Name which he also used to register as a VOTER.
*What ID did he provide the LTA to get his driving license? What if he had killed someone while driving and then told unsuspecting Police Officers that he left his driving license at home, and that his name was NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA, when in the LTA database he is registered as NIKO NAWAIKULA? It is ludicrous to assert that, "Although my birth certificate name is Charlie Butusona, I want to be called Charlie Banana on my Driving License'. He only renounced his birth certificate name via Deed Poll on 21 July 202, so his lawyers told Chief Justice Kamal Kumar
*NIKO Nawaikula only filed for name change via Deed Poll on 21 July 2021. As we have argued before, he got off on a technicality against the Supervisor of Elections and Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum is correct to close the loophole.
*Strangely, Tuiqamea never told his supporters his real birth name. Nor did he, on 21 July 2021, inform them on his FACEBOOK that "Today I have renounced my birth name - NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA - and will be known as NIKO NAWAIKULA'. Instead he was raving about Land Bill 17.
*But it beggars belief that NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA thinks it is his divine right to drive around Fiji under a common name because he loves and adores that pet name.
*Who does he think he is, to play the system with impunity. And those barking mad on his behalf, including some of Fiji's leading lawyers, should be taken to task, for NOT holding him to account.
*They even informed the Chief Justice KAMAL KUMAR that NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA's Driving License was in the name of NIKO NAWAIKULA.

*He was even convicted and fined for professional misconducts under his pet name - NIKO NAWAIKULA. We will question this aspect in another posting, and demand answers from the Fiji Law Society and Minister for Justice and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum. What document(s) has he been providing all these years when, clearly, he only filed to change his name on 21 JULY 2021, after the Supervisor of Elections closed on him following his disclosure in Parliament that his name NIKO NAWAIKULA on the VOTER LIST was different from the name on his BIRTH CERTIFICATE - NIKOLAU TUIQAMEA
