We are a online NEWS SITE and not a social media site (social media: websites and applications that enbale users to create and share content or to participate in social networking), formed in 2012, and just like Fijivillage News, that describes itself as an online news site owned by Communications Fiji Ltd. Both the founders of the respective news sites had cut their teeth at the same time in the 1980s with fiery and fearless journalism, one in print journalism and the other in radio journalism. The only difference is while Communications Fiji Ltd is raking in millions in revenue, we have made our site FREE. As general secretary of the now defunct Journalists Association of Fiji, our founding Fijileaks Publisher passionately defended the rights and freedom of speech of all Fijian journalists in the 1980s. Our goal and objective has always been to serve as an alternative press to Fiji press which has been kowtowing to Khaiyum-Bainimarama, spitting LIES against us, and lying to the Fijian citizens. No matter which party is in Government, we must hold power to account. 'As discussed with PS and Minister the budget was about $580m more in revenue to show very low deficit for debt. This is final report so get it from accountant revenue and Emily get your IT Team organized to delete emails and draft reports from everywhere on our system. Kindly attaching, draft Revenue Report for the month of July 2019. Not to be leaked otherwise PS and Minister will make us leak out from FRCS.' Fijileaks: Read the 2019 July Revenue Report below. Basically, the data reveal that there has been a downturn right across the economy and all the revenue items have been down to the end of July 2019, long before COVID19.
