Statement

[54 29/4/2015]

Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa today was relieved with the outcome of Ratu Isoa Tikoca’s court appearance today.

Ro Teimumu said that Hon Tikoca co-operated fully with FICAC investigators in the West over a 4 day period before being brought to Suva for further questioning and his appearance in court at 2.15pm today.

Ro Teimumu said that given that the matter was before the courts, there would be no further statements from the Opposition on this matter as Ratu Isoa’s counsel was yet to be furnished with disclosures and that this was scheduled to occur on May 28th 2015.

Being a man of charitable disposition I still have some respect for people who have done wrong and are prepared to have their day in court.. When will Bai and Kai have their day in court?

Of course, Victor Lal will wholeheartedly push for Nazhat Shameem's appointment as the next President of Fiji.

Old friendships die hard - and these two are still Indo-Fijian patriots who will want to control Fiji!

We can't just wait what this Fijileaks scribe will say about the possible appointment?

Place your bets, folks!

WELL - Ro Kepa (SODELPA) supports one man one vote one Fiji.

So where does this Indo-Fijian issue arising when there are no room for Indo-Fijian supremacy in parliament left in this new Constitution?

When majority i-Taukei voted Fiji First Party... then who are the ones crying for Nazhat not to become President?
