PAAPI PROMISES PRESIDENCY TO RO KEPA in exchange for SODELPA to join PAP-NFP coalition. She can become the President in September 2024. Before that, she can lap in luxury as High Commissioner in London

21/12/2022

WHY is PAP offering Presidency and High Commissionership to Na Gone Marama Bale Na Roko Tui Dreketi when her own VANUA and VOTERS rejected her at the recent poll.

*She managed to secure only 1,123 VOTES.

*Isn't it time Ro Kepa returned to run her village rather than sit in London?

Fijileaks: As Rabuka's junior coalition partner has NFP, and its leader Biman Prasad, agreed to PAP's proposals to SODELPA?

PAP's ASS LAWMAKERS: PAP also agrees to review and/or REVOKE the 2013 Constitution, subject to the Supreme Court legal opinion and advice to Cabinet. Has Father/Mother Christmas come early to PAP?
*On the one hand they claim that they are exercising their constitutional right under the 2013 Constitution (under which they fought election) to form a coalition government, and in the next breath are promising they will REVOKE the very 2013 Constitution?
*God Help Us from PAP Legal Ass Donkeys and their future potential Attorney-General and Solicitor-General in charge of legal affairs?
*The agreement to REVOKE 2013 Constitution means PAP-NFP-SODELPA want to wrest control of the RFMF re (Section 113 (2))

The PAP offer to SODELPA:

BRIBERY? The offer was made in a letter dated 17 December 2022 when it was already clear that Ro Kepa had only managed to get 1,123 votes, and even the voters in her VANUA rejected her at the polls. She received 867 votes (Central), 34 (Eastern), 176 (Western), 25 (Northern) and 21 postal votes.
*She will not even be in Parliament, so why has PAP offered her the Presidency and High Commissioner to London?
*Was she among the 16 who had voted to form a coalition with PAP-NFP? And was afterwards shaking hands with Sitiveni Rabuka and BIMAN PRASAD?

* GAVOKA as Deputy PM. PAP has offered to make Viliame Govoka one of the two Deputy Prime Ministers
* Two additional Ministerial Portfolios will be offered to SODELPA. PAP has agreed to
*The reinstatement of the Great Council of Chiefs (GCC)
*The reinstatement of laws repealed by the FFP Government that are for i-Taukei rights

including strong endeavors to unify all i-Taukei parties for the 2026 election under one banner.
*Abolition of TELS and Toppers, the waiver and forgiveness of all student debt and replacement with a scholarship scheme.
*Repayment of the $90m owed by the FFP government to the University of the South Pacific (USP). (Fijileaks: There should be another inquiry before a cent of taxpayers money is released to Prasad's old university)
*The implementation of the comprehensive review of the taxation system with the view to simplify the tax regime and broaden the tax base.
*All common grounds in our respetive manifestos will be reviewed and pursued as far as the law permits.
*One ambassadorial appointment across all our foreign missions on merit; and
*One statutory board appointment for each Statutory body or Government-related entities, which will be on merit and competence.
