BOTH FICAC and Fiji Elections Office have not acted on our complaints, for some donors have committed criminal acts under the Donation Decree? Based on illegal donations between 2014 and 2018, FFP should have been barred from contesting the 2018 election and party secretary Aiyaz Khaiyum and the offending donors thrown in PRISON. Saneem must explain why he waited for SIX YEARS to publish the donor lists in 2020? Why has he not published the 2014 FFP Donor List where one Dickson (m) Peng donated twice to FFP. Now, Peng claims he never donated to FFP. Saneem must also UPLOAD the donor lists on the Fiji Elections Office website. The donor lists published by the Fiji Sun must be available freely to all Fiji VOTERS. We are yet to reveal other donors and double donors who clearly breached the DONATION DECREE.

WHY WAS 2014 LISTS HELD BACK FROM THE PUBLIC? WHY DID IT TAKE SANEEM SIX LONG YEARS TO REVEAL THE LISTS?. IF HE HAD PUBLISHED, FOR EXAMPLE, THE 2015 DONOR LISTS, RAJESH PATEL WOULD HAVE BEEN BEFORE THE FIJI COURTS FOR DONATING TO FFP AND NFP IN 2015. WE CALL ON FICAC TO TAKE UP THE MATTER
