The e-mail exchanges between World Rugby and Waqanika dispute the claims Shivnesh (Director of Communication, Ministry of Justice) and Tupou (acting senior legal officer, A-G's Chambers) were making at the 10 October meeting; Fijileaks: A Commission of Inquiry into Fiji TV saga should be constituted which should also ascertain if the two committed perjury (and also misled Khaiyum, unless he was party to it) as Public Officers, given the enormity of the subject matter:

3 December 2014, Khaiyum to World Rugby: "Please note that there were also telephone conversations on 9 and 10 October 2014 between our Ms Tupoutua'h Baravilala and World Rugby's Julie O'Mahony in which it was verbally confirmed to us that World Rugby draft a letter to Fiji TV stating that World Rugby did not oppose the sharing of the feed..."

THE DENIAL
4 December 2014
, World Rugby letter to Khaiyum: "At no time has World Rugby communicated to your Office or Fiji TV that we are willing to share the Feed for the Series Event - our communication of 9 and 10 October to Fiji TV have been misinterpreted by you. No such confirmation was given verbally to Ms Baravilala, you are mistaken in that regard."

Opposition wake and take the charge of government in waiting. AG should go or forced to go. Take loom back thousands of people were sacked, fired from job for no wrong doings and here this man the most corrupt government officer hiding behind guns.

Khaiyum is the reason why Fiji's future is looking bleak!!! He is running Fiji like he is running his household. Opposition is sitting in the parliament just so that Fiji can be portrayed as DEMOCRATIC...enough said!
