Every profession has its rotten apples, it's rogue elements - the military, the police, the judiciary, banks, business etc.
Here's an example from the legal profession.
We learn from BBC 18/02 news report ' India " sedition" student beaten in court by lawyers' that a group of lawyers shouting slogans beat up the student leader from top Indian university JNU charged for " anti-India" demonstration.
Tarquinius Anwar of the India web Firstpost was also attacked by lawyers outside the court house when he attempted to take a picture of them beating up a supporter of the student leader.
Anwar also alleged that police had done nothing to help him.
We no doubt have clones of that type of lawyers and police in Fiji - the fascist thug types - as our coup experience has shown.

Integrity Watch Afghanistan reports that senior appointments in the police, the military and government is still mostly based on " who you know" Aljazeera 18/02.
And corruption remains rampant.
There is none of that in Fiji following Bainimarama's " clean up " coup.
Is there?

The Inspector Nasir Khan allegations are 10 years old and old hat. Boring. If he can prove in a Court of Law that Superintendant Mosese Driver had a "brain disorder" then he would have achieved a medical science breakthrought that he should patent and earn millions of dollars from, because it would be almost impossible to prove. The last I checked SuCourt Director, Bhikabai, the former PS for Agriculture Peniasi Kunatuba and some of his senior staff were sent to Naboro for their actions int he Sun Court case that Inspector Khan is complaining in his letters that u published were being swept under the carpet. This man Khan is a crank and am suprised at Fiji Leaks for digging up these old allegations that have already been dealt with through the Courts. Yarn. Next leak please

Nasir Khan is just trying to be relevant in this era by highlighting issues which has long long gone past its expiry date. He is attacking two men who suffered in the 2006 coup whilst Nazir was promoted after the coup but not on merit. Later he was silenced and put on the side by Teleni.
Nasir never contributed to nation building and cannot let go of his ego thus highlighting personalised issues.
Please Fiji leaks let's concentrate with issues at hand.

Nasir is a scum bag who refused to implicate the PM in the Agri Scam.

Kunatuba raised it that the Cabinet approved the scheme/scam and same cabinet were running to his office asking [demanding] for the handouts. PM's office said Cabinet did not approve any scheme.

Some Fijian guys were charged had raised in Court that the Cabinet had approved the Agri Scheme as was told to them and prosecution did not produce any defence to this claim.

Would PM not be the head of that Cabinet that was reported in media to have approved $500,000 as the budget? Since Cabinet decisions are secret... did prosecution bring the media to witness box to get the authentic to the story?

When did the PM hear of $300,000 worth of Agri Scam shared shipped to Rotuma by his own Asst Minister in PM's Office Ms Rigamoto?

When the entire Scheme was merely $500,000, then the PM's Office told Kunatuba trial they did not approve any Agri Scheme, so was the PM aware of this $300k scam as he confirmed he was told half way in the ship to Rotuma??????

Did he stop the loot from getting discharged at the wharf in Rotuma?

In this sense Nasir Ali had FAILED.

Corruption does not have an expiry date!!!!
Nasir was delusional to not have implicated the PM. Had he done so, we may not have had a coup and abrogation of constitution and still be crying for democracy.
