....and the 2006 coup was supposedly to make better the livelihood of the common Fijian they claimed? Hospitals, government schools, government stations, police stations and barracks, army barracks, the whole lot has rotted away. Where is all the money spent? Poor planning, poor workmanship, poor attitude, poor leadership right through the ranks across government.
