Asset Declaration Form to the Supervisor of Elections. In 2015, as we began questioning the Midlife missing file, Khaiyum suddenly rushed and deposited all the annual returns from 2006, when the company was formed, up to 2014. They were all filed on 23 April 2015 (see below).
