According to Fijileaks sources, the top floor of the market still incomplete
When will FICAC go after these individuals and companies instead of pursuing NFP in politically motivated witch hunt; the same applies to Fiji Times and other Fiji media. Its not enough to waste hundreds of tons of ink to highlight the abuse in Auditor-General's Reports without following up and exposing who are those that have been alluded to in the reports.
It is called ego satisfying by-line journalism. Do Investigative Journalism!
As for The Fiji Sun, the Military Council has spoken for all of us -
a FFP Government sponsored ragsheet, waiting to celebrate World News Day on 28 September 2020. The World News Day 2020 aims to raise public awareness of the critical role that journalists play in providing credible and reliable news, to help people make sense of - and improve - the rapidly changing world around them. Has the paper's Managing News Editor Jyoti Pratibha resigned from the Fiji National Univeristy Council? JOURNALISTS should be Watchdogs and not Lapdogs (Newton Lee)

FRESHLY opened Rakiraki Market with soggy construction deal, according to Fiji's Auditor-General who has called on Bainimarama government to launch an conflict of interest investigation

SUNIL MISHRA, the Co-Owner (with New Zealand entrepreneur Peter Watt) of Golden Point Resort, Nacilau Point in Rakiraki, is also the owner of Super Construction & Civil Works Ltd, the contractor that was awarded the $5,200,000 contract to build the town market. The multi-million dollar project was funded by several agencies including the European Community, AUSAid and the UN Women’s Organisation besides the Khaiyum-Bainimarama Government. He is also reportedly a supporter and financier of the FijiFirst Party. We are yet to obtain a comment from Mishra
