We understand the loss many of Rabuka's supporters feel in Fiji and abroad but he got those votes in 2018 because of the d'Hondt Electoral System. For Gavoka-Vosarogo, the task on hand should be to reach out to the non i-Taukei voters who will decide who rules Fiji post 2022.
