Police have arrested two people in relation to recent thefts and burglaries in Sakoca settlement in Tamavua and nearby areas.
Police Chief of Intelligence and Investigations, ACP Henry Brown says they are following up leads as investigations continue. Residents of Sakoca claim that youth from other areas are terrorizing resident mostly housewives in the day time.
These are group of six youth who move around selling cassava. Residents say when the matter is reported to the police, some are taken in for questioning however this continues when they are released. ACP Brown says police have also been told to increase visibility in the area. Source: Fijivillage News
